Bachir of Precision replaced the springs on my garage door and lubricated everything. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He clearly explained the issues with my system and gave me a choice of options. I chose not to have the entire system replaced--I'm kicking that can down the road--but he gave me a clear understanding of what can be done in the future.
