While closing our garage door this morning one of the torsion springs broke in half. I called Precision Garage Door for repair and was able to schedule an inspection that morning. Their service technician, Caleb Winchester, arrived within the scheduled time, inspected the door, explained the repair options and did an excellent job replacing all the worn & broken parts. Caleb was courteous, efficient and cleaned up the job site after finishing the job. I highly recommend you try giving Precision Garage Door a call for any services that your garage door requires.

Our garage door failed to open. I had seen this company’s advertisement and gave them a call. They lived up to our expectations. When I called in to make an appointment, the office staff was very efficient. I made our appointment and Patrick responded to evaluate the door. He gave us repair estimates and prepared paperwork to authorize the work after he thoroughly explained what he had found. We made an appointment for the following day. Patrick took care of all of our needs and ran through our new equipment to make sure we could adjust it. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Bay Area for garage door repair needs and thank Patrick for his excellent customer service.

My experience with precision garage doors could not have been better. The technician , Brandon, was knowledgeable and efficient. He showed me exactly what had gone wrong with the garage door and assured me that he would be able to fix it within two hours. It’s an old door, but it now run smoothly and quietly. Brandon suggested I schedule an inspection in a year to see if any readjustment needs to be made. There is a three year guarantee, The price was reasonable and getting an appointment for repair was easy

This is my first time to contact and utilize Precision Garage Door of Bay Area to perform routine Tune-Up, Lubricate, and if needed, repairs and installation of replaced parts, etc. Mr. Bachir Gharbi showed up at my residence. He did an evaluation and assessment of my Insulated Garage Door with the LiftMaster Motor. He recommended a number of critical parts be replaced such as Springs, supporting Bars, Rollers, Cables with Spools, etc. He informed me that it's going to take an estimated 2-3 hours. As a result of the service, my Garage Door is operating much smoothly and with greater ease. The difference is a much more efficient and operating Garage Door! I am very, very pleased with the repairs and installation of the replaced critical parts of my Garage Door and it's good for the next few years! Kudos to you, Bachir! I'm so glad that you stopped by my home to address the apparent challenges and issues that I have been experiencing with my Garage Door for the past 6 years. As for Precision Garage Door of Bay Area, highly recommended for those who have a Garage Door at their homes. Have it maintained and serviced at least once every three years or so. It's worth the service!
