Dear Precision and Nathaniel I., I can't thank you enough for the excellent service I recieved today. I called at 11am to request service and it was completed by 4pm. Nathaniel replaced everything except the garage door. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He explained everything in detail, in an easy to understand way. His work was fast ,efficient and excellent. My garage door before was so noisy that my neighbors complained. It was also not closing all of the way. Now you can barely hear it. Patrick did an amazing job! He was very thorough in his initial inspection after I told him about the problems I had with the door. He completed the work quickly and my garage door is working once again. Once he was done, he went over the issues that were present before and also gave me tips on regular maintenance to keep the door working well.

Your company came out and tried to charge me $1549,00 to change my springs cables and rollers according to your man were no good . Not to mention you charged me $70.00 for a service call Had another company come out installed new springs , cables No new rollers as they were fine $650.00 dollars total No service fee You seriously need to rethink your pricing and acessment of people’s doors Horrible I will never use your company again You should refund my money

Kept on telling me the springs were to weak all I wanted was the maintenance of the doors they are 7 years old and nothing is wrong with the springs I told him, finally he told me that it would cost 2 hundred bucks for each door to be serviced, They could have told me that on the phone when I ask the person on the phone how much does it cost for maintance we have to come out bull crap, the technician new what it cost after I told him the springs have been good for the last 7 years. They get 40 bucks just for showing up service call. Make them give you a rough estimate over the phone, not a good showing of service from the tech. They got me.

Frist time using Precision. I have to say they live up to what we have all seen in there commercials. Arrived within the time frame they said they would. Did the full door inspection gave me best case worst case (had a broken spring) came in in the middle. Tech was very friendly explained what the process was and did the work. I will use them anytime I have a garage door issue in the future.

Unexpected broken torsion spring Sunday morning. Garage won’t open, not even manually. Called two garage repair companies before precision door east bay. First company was AAAA and they never called me back. The second company was precision door from a different location- they offered Monday AM repair. I called PDEB at 11:30 and they promised a 2-6 pm ETA. Repairman Danny called me at 2pm and arrived at 2:20. He was done by 3pm. Garage works great. Thanks Danny!!! Price was fair for product and fast service.
