Patrick did an amazing job! He was very thorough in his initial inspection after I told him about the problems I had with the door. He completed the work quickly and my garage door is working once again. Once he was done, he went over the issues that were present before and also gave me tips on regular maintenance to keep the door working well.

Jose the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and punctual. Explained what was needed and did the job. Replace the drums, cable , rollers and Springs and the doors now super quiet. Would recommend Jose and Precision garage door

Mario and another technician showed up on time as booked. They went over how they could fix our garage door and answered all my questions.. They were knowledgeable and they were able to complete the job and had everything needed.. Everything was completed. The new equipment and all features were explained. I had work done on my garage six years ago and when starting to have issues called them to come out. My message was responded to quickly and an appointment was set up. Sheridan Abad was my servicer and he was very professional, called before arriving, arrived within the time given, then explained everything and even had information about the work done previously. He took care of all repairs quickly and efficiently.

Your company came out and tried to charge me $1549,00 to change my springs cables and rollers according to your man were no good . Not to mention you charged me $70.00 for a service call Had another company come out installed new springs , cables No new rollers as they were fine $650.00 dollars total No service fee You seriously need to rethink your pricing and acessment of people’s doors Horrible I will never use your company again You should refund my money

We had the best experience with Sheridan from Precision on Saturday! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our garage door is 26 years old and he was able to replace many parts - springs, coils, cables, etc. in 2 hours and arrived 2 hours after my initial call for help. I HIGHLY recommend Sheridan Abad and Precision Garage Door Service!

Kept on telling me the springs were to weak all I wanted was the maintenance of the doors they are 7 years old and nothing is wrong with the springs I told him, finally he told me that it would cost 2 hundred bucks for each door to be serviced, They could have told me that on the phone when I ask the person on the phone how much does it cost for maintance we have to come out bull crap, the technician new what it cost after I told him the springs have been good for the last 7 years. They get 40 bucks just for showing up service call. Make them give you a rough estimate over the phone, not a good showing of service from the tech. They got me.

Frist time using Precision. I have to say they live up to what we have all seen in there commercials. Arrived within the time frame they said they would. Did the full door inspection gave me best case worst case (had a broken spring) came in in the middle. Tech was very friendly explained what the process was and did the work. I will use them anytime I have a garage door issue in the future.

Unexpected broken torsion spring Sunday morning. Garage won’t open, not even manually. Called two garage repair companies before precision door east bay. First company was AAAA and they never called me back. The second company was precision door from a different location- they offered Monday AM repair. I called PDEB at 11:30 and they promised a 2-6 pm ETA. Repairman Danny called me at 2pm and arrived at 2:20. He was done by 3pm. Garage works great. Thanks Danny!!! Price was fair for product and fast service.

The installer was Sheridan. I am glad to report that it was fast, efficient, neat (no mess left behind) and informative (he explained the system in easy terms and demonstrated all the "bells and whistles". Great professional. Ask me in a month to find out if it still works like a charm. I'm impressed with how quiet this system is. What a difference.

I used Precision like 10 years ago for some maintenance but then ended up using another company for a new motor a couple of years ago mostly because I forgot who I used previously. Today a spring broke on my huge steal insulated double door. Initially I couldn't get it open even with pulling the emergency lever. It was way too heavy for one person. So I called this other company that installed the motor and told them, "I have an emergency. Can't get the door open". "Sorry they told me. We are booked four days out". Next I called Precision and they sent someone out within 3 hours. In the meantime I went on youtube and figured out how to open a door with a broken spring so I could get my cars out. Garrett from Precision showed up and handled the repair for a reasonable price. Here is the bottom line. If you pick a garage door company for a door, a motor, whatever and they don't have an emergency service setup like Precision has you'll be calling Precision anyway if something goes really wrong and you need same day service. Save yourself the trouble and just go with Precision. Garrett was super nice and an expert at handling everything and Precision cared that I needed service right away. Thanks Precision you guys rock!

The first company I called to repair my door was the one that repaired it last time, but they were closed over the Labor day weekend. I called Precision next and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out same day. I thought every company was going to be closed. Technician Josh Kinder and his trainee Gabriel? were both very polite and friendly. Josh explained to me everything that needed to be done to fix my garage door as well as telling me about worst case scenario costs that may be discovered during the repair, which my garage door ended up not needing. I felt the entire job was done professionally and quickly. Josh even cleaned up smudge marks left behind on the door from the repair. I will definitely be calling Precision for any future garage door needs.
