Precision Garage Door has serviced my door previously so it was natural to contact them for the new repair, this past Saturday. I was surprised to get a Saturday appointment in fact. The technician phoned to say he was enroute, arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, performed all the necessary repairs! My repair needed new springs, brackets, and cables. I was happy with the work and will refer Precision to anyone needing garage services. I should say that given all the increases in cost of everything else these days, garage repair is no inexpensive undertaking.

I called in the morning and Bachir repaired the same day. Bachir did a very thorough job explaining the repairs he was quoting me and I liked that I actually could choose which repairs I felt were necessary and I could afford. I had called another local door company and they didn’t call me back until 24 hours later. I even received a senior discount.

The response to my call was quick. The technician Barchir Gharbi and his assistant came on 05/09 on time. They are professional and very friendly. After the investigation into my garage door problems, they offered me the options to address the issues. I weighed the options with questions. Once I decided on the option suited for my needs and signed the contract, they started work right away. It took them over 3 hours to complete the entire work. My garage door works perfectly with brand new LiftMaster 87504 opener units. Big thanks to Mr. Bachir Gharbi and his assistant!

Our garage door opener broke in the morning and was repaired by mid afternoon. Our technician Bachir was super professional and took a lot of time looking at the overall condition of the opener, door and associated hardware and explained a lot of stuff to me which was very helpful. He even had to make a run to the hardware store for some specialry parts and make a custom bracket since our door was so old (dating from 1960.) I couldn't recommend Precison Garage Door more.

I am surprised with the the quote given to me. My garage door opener is pretty old and the gear broke from inside and there is no way to repair. So, I asked for the quote how much would be the final amount if i go for new garage door opener. They have gave the quote which 4 times higher than market rate (total $3200). I checked with Home depot and their technician and got it replace in $400. I would not recommend service from Precision. Highly disappointed.

Bachir patiently and fully explained the various issues and corrective repair measures after carefully examining our garage door. Some of the issues I was aware of but Bachir was able to identify other problems I was unaware of. The repair was completed within the provided time-estimate. We chose Precision Garage based on their TV commercial. We're glad we did! Schedul8ng our appointment was fast and easy. Communication excellent, we knew exactly when the repairman would arrive. The needed work was clearly explained and completed during the visit as all necessary parts were on his truck. Very personable and proficient.
