I had a fantastic experience with Bachir Gharbi from Precision Garage Door. He did an outstanding job tuning up my garage door and truly went above and beyond. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable, skillful, and informative Bachir was. As he worked, he took the time to walk me through what he was doing and, more importantly, why he was doing it. He explained why regular garage door tune-ups are important, the expected lifespan and condition of the rollers and other components, and how the garage door opener and overall system work together. I especially appreciated the way Bachir educated me without ever being condescending or overly technical. He was patient, professional, and clearly takes pride in both his work and helping customers understand how to properly maintain their garage doors. The difference after his service was immediately noticeable—I can actually hear how much smoother and quieter my garage door is when opening and closing! Bachir Gharbi went above and beyond what I expected from a service call. His professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are greatly appreciated. This is my first time to contact and utilize Precision Garage Door of Bay Area to perform routine Tune-Up, Lubricate, and if needed, repairs and installation of replaced parts, etc. Mr. Bachir Gharbi showed up at my residence. He did an evaluation and assessment of my Insulated Garage Door with the LiftMaster Motor. He recommended a number of critical parts be replaced such as Springs, supporting Bars, Rollers, Cables with Spools, etc. He informed me that it's going to take an estimated 2-3 hours. As a result of the service, my Garage Door is operating much smoothly and with greater ease. The difference is a much more efficient and operating Garage Door! I am very, very pleased with the repairs and installation of the replaced critical parts of my Garage Door and it's good for the next few years! Kudos to you, Bachir! I'm so glad that you stopped by my home to address the apparent challenges and issues that I have been experiencing with my Garage Door for the past 6 years. As for Precision Garage Door of Bay Area, highly recommended for those who have a Garage Door at their homes. Have it maintained and serviced at least once every three years or so. It's worth the service!

Bachir of Precision replaced the springs on my garage door and lubricated everything. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He clearly explained the issues with my system and gave me a choice of options. I chose not to have the entire system replaced--I'm kicking that can down the road--but he gave me a clear understanding of what can be done in the future. In the meantime, Bachir made it open and close much more smoothly and not bounce around as much as before. This will help me kick the can a little farther.

At first I went with another garage door company, but was not completely satisfied. I called Precision and they sent Bashir to help us. He explained all of the various elements of a garage door system to me, very patiently. He pointed out several things that I never would have figured out on my own. Ultimately, he was able to get the door fixed and in the process, he educated us on what to expect going forward. I learned a lot about the motor, the springs, the tracks, the rail, the belt and the sensors. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. In addition, he saved us some money.

I called Precision Garage Door and they came out within a few hours. They sent a gentleman named Bachir Gharbi who was prompt, respectful and very knowlegable. He inspected and lubricated the door. He advised me on some issues that may have to be addressed in the future. When that time comes, I will definitely call Bachir. The reason for only 4 stars is that my garage door opener is an older model and he was unable to make any adjustments.

An appointment was available very quickly and our workman and his helper were on time, respectful and polite, provided good communication about what they were doing, pricing was clear and free of any up-sells, and most importantly did good quality, timely work to fix our garage door. It wasn’t cheap, but seemed to be going-rate for Bay Area. We would use Precision again.

He arrived early, which I really appreciated, and did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing.
