Bashir is the man!!!!!! I had backed into my garage door and tweaked one of the panels. He was able to adjust the panel get my door back operating properly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT COMPANY!!!

At first I went with another garage door company, but was not completely satisfied. I called Precision and they sent Bashir to help us. He explained all of the various elements of a garage door system to me, very patiently. He pointed out several things that I never would have figured out on my own. Ultimately, he was able to get the door fixed and in the process, he educated us on what to expect going forward. I learned a lot about the motor, the springs, the tracks, the rail, the belt and the sensors. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. In addition, he saved us some money.

I called Precision Garage Door and they came out within a few hours. They sent a gentleman named Bachir Gharbi who was prompt, respectful and very knowlegable. He inspected and lubricated the door. He advised me on some issues that may have to be addressed in the future. When that time comes, I will definitely call Bachir. The reason for only 4 stars is that my garage door opener is an older model and he was unable to make any adjustments.

I’ve used precision twice and both times the outcome was very satisfying and they do a great job installing garage door systems. This time around I had them install a new motor with belt track new spring garage door wheels and new sensors took the technician about four hours, but the price was valuable. Very quality. Precision Garage Door has serviced my door previously so it was natural to contact them for the new repair, this past Saturday. I was surprised to get a Saturday appointment in fact. The technician phoned to say he was enroute, arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, performed all the necessary repairs! My repair needed new springs, brackets, and cables. I was happy with the work and will refer Precision to anyone needing garage services. I should say that given all the increases in cost of everything else these days, garage repair is no inexpensive undertaking.
