I like to play video games on occasion, my favorite sports are tennis, waterpolo and volleyball. I enjoy working at Precision Garage Door and helping customers with their garage door needs. Our garage door opener decided to go bad and we weren't sure where to turn. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had someone come to our home that afternoon. Phillip was sensational - he explained and showed me the problem, then proposed 3 options that would solve the problem. We chose the more expensive option (new opener, springs and cables) since that would provide a longer term solution. Then Phillip proceeded to remove the old opener and install the new one plus all the other related parts. I was present for nearly all of the operation and Phillip explained everything as he went along plus answering all of my questions in great detail. The work was completed in good time and with great results. Phillip kept the work area and it's mess well contained and removed all of the old equipment and packing material (to be recycled). I was impressed by his work etiquette and personable attitude - would have him come back in a heart beat. Kudos to Precision Garage Door for everything.

I usually never do review reviews but I was so impressed that I felt the need to. Phillip was great from beginning to end. He updated us with his ETA. Arrived at the time he said. Phillip took the time explain everything clearly and answered all our questions. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and gave us tips on maintenance. I would highly recommend Phillip and would hire him again if needed.

My experience with Phillip Nguyen goes back four years ago. Phillip has the same professionalism and mannerism as he greeted me today. Phillip greeted me with positive enthusiasm and was very detailed assessing my garage door issues. Phillip provided me options how I would like to proceed with repairs and the estimates and his estimated to complete repairs was spot on. Phillip, really knows his trade, but most importantly Phillip iwas sensitive and courteous to me and my neighbors. Noise was minimal and repairs exceeded my expectations. I would highly encourage you to use Precision when you have a garage door repair or anything related to the door. I called at 4:00 pm and they had a technician at my house by 5:05. They were very professional, knew what the problem was and fixed it fast. Also provided preventive maintence advice and educated me about my door and opener that I had no knowledge of. Great service and friendly staff.

Overall experience was good. Super pricey for the amount of work that was done. 20 minutes worth of work for $350 ????. The assistant was great. He did most of the work while the main guy supervised. Wish I had more time to shop around for a better price.

Dishonest and rip off. I found this from diamond certified and saw the website claim the company ensure for the door operating as long as I own the property. So I called and ask for spring replacement which I'm told for only $250. However technician came out and quote me on several options ranging from $900+ (1 year warranty) to $1800+ (3 years warranty). He told me to replace other parts which he think should be replaced in order for the spring to operate properly. After talking to several other companies the quotes are from $500 to $900. They told me other parts are still fine and one even offer me lifetime warranty for a premium quality of spring brand.
