I would highly encourage you to use Precision when you have a garage door repair or anything related to the door. I called at 4:00 pm and they had a technician at my house by 5:05. They were very professional, knew what the problem was and fixed it fast. Also provided preventive maintence advice and educated me about my door and opener that I had no knowledge of. Great service and friendly staff.

Overall experience was good. Super pricey for the amount of work that was done. 20 minutes worth of work for $350 ????. The assistant was great. He did most of the work while the main guy supervised. Wish I had more time to shop around for a better price.

Dishonest and rip off. I found this from diamond certified and saw the website claim the company ensure for the door operating as long as I own the property. So I called and ask for spring replacement which I'm told for only $250. However technician came out and quote me on several options ranging from $900+ (1 year warranty) to $1800+ (3 years warranty). He told me to replace other parts which he think should be replaced in order for the spring to operate properly. After talking to several other companies the quotes are from $500 to $900. They told me other parts are still fine and one even offer me lifetime warranty for a premium quality of spring brand.

Every part of our experience with Precision was excellent, from the e-mail in response to our call, to the visit from the repairman - who arrived a few minutes early! The problem was easily fixed, but he took the time to explain carefully steps we should take to prevent future problems.

Called in about noon and was given an appointment between 4-6pm same day - amazing! The technician called about 3:30pm to ask if he could come early - yeah! I ordered a glass door with panted aluminum frame, track & motor. Precision was 20% less then the competition. When the installer finished the installation he pointed out a buckle in the frame that I would not have noticed and ordered a new panel to be installed.

My experience with Phillip Nguyen goes back four years ago. Phillip has the same professionalism and mannerism as he greeted me today. Phillip greeted me with positive enthusiasm and was very detailed assessing my garage door issues. Phillip provided me options how I would like to proceed with repairs and the estimates and his estimated to complete repairs was spot on. Phillip, really knows his trade, but most importantly Phillip iwas sensitive and courteous to me and my neighbors. Noise was minimal and repairs exceeded my expectations.
