Used their chat feature to describe the problem and schedule an appointment. Our garage door was not closing and the sensors were malfunctioning. The person scheduled the appointment for the next day with a follow-up email. The technician, Chewy Flanagan, arrived within the window scheduled, calling a half an hour before arrival. He listened to the problem and suggested some solutions but when he was at our house the garage door worked perfectly. A few hours after he left the garage door stopped working again so I called and set up another appointment for the next day. Mr. Flanagan returned and diagnosed the problem. He provided a temporary fix and suggested a few solutions to fix the problem. He was prompt and courteous in our interactions and was detailed in his explanations. We will definitely continue to use Precision Door Service for any future problems with our garage doors. From the chat feature to the phone call to the technician, all correspondence was too notch.

I’ve used precision twice and both times the outcome was very satisfying and they do a great job installing garage door systems. This time around I had them install a new motor with belt track new spring garage door wheels and new sensors took the technician about four hours, but the price was valuable. Very quality. Very high-tech motor with LED lighting very quiet and it makes a lot of sense to me! It’s a great company. I’d recommend these guys over anybody! Thanks precision door great job!

Bachir did a very thorough job explaining the repairs he was quoting me and I liked that I actually could choose which repairs I felt were necessary and I could afford. Carlos was excellent. I believe he thought he was walking into a quick 30-minute job because he was only there to correct an issue left by a rodent control company. When he arrived he saw the extent of the work needed and immediately let me know what was going to happen to make the door work properly. he didn't have all the parts so he took a quick trip to pick them up. Knowing I needed to get the garage door functioning as soon as possible, he worked until 7:00 pm. The door works great now Excellent Job!

Our technicial Rodney was prompt, thorough, honest and friendly. He did a great job explaining all options with costs which made our decision on what to do easy. Can’t recommend this company more! Called them at 1am to book an appointment the same day. The service rep on the phone and the tech that came out was awesome. Paulino and Chris were friendly and experts at their craft. We operate our business out of our garage and our cable system broke causing us to shut down for maintenance. They showed up, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it within 45 minutes. Great experience and highly recommended!

Very happy with the work done by Precision. I was even happier to have their technician arrive within 2 hours after contacting them. You feel "trapped" when you can't get out of your garage because of a broken spring. The work was done within an hour and a half and while it may have cost more than what I expected it has been quite some time since the last time I had to replace the springs so I think the cost was well worth the price. Thanks for the excellent service and quick response.
