Lorenzo was fantastic!!! I expected to need a new opener and top panel for our garage door. Lorenzo fixed the opener and put a bracket on the panel that was breaking. He could have charged us a lot more but he did what needed to be done and didn’t charge us for unnecessary equipment. I appreciate a company that doesn’t gouge you because I don’t know any better. I will always use this company and want to give a BIG kudos to Lorenzo. He was curtious and prompt. Highly recommended

Replaced broken torsion spring the same day. Also made time to replace worn out rollers and cable. And installed new battery operated wifi enabled garage door opener! Now the door opens without any noise. My neighbors will likely be very happy too!

The technician you sent did an excellent job! He explained what was wrong with my door and showed me the bad parts, He showed me what and how to lubricant my door. He cleaned up after he was done. The technician was very professional and diagnosed the problem, provided a clear description of the replacement options and completed the installation of the new garage door opener within 2 hours of arriving. He also provided a helpful overview and instruction for operating the new garage door opener.

I was very distressed as to how I was treated by the technician who came out to fix my garage door. He came at me with all guns blazing - quoting me an outrageous price, and doing it quite aggressively. I was shocked at both his manner and the price. He agreed finally just to do the minimal amount of work, and that still was a sky high amount of money. Just to cut the tangled cable so that the garage door would close would cost me $400 he said!!! After much discussion, during which the technician became increasingly more belligerent, he "called" the boss, and the price came down $100. I felt very bullied and taken advantage of. I would NEVER advise anyone using this company without getting at least two other quotes from other businesses. Being elderly, and a woman, I felt that he saw a "gottcha" opportunity, and went in for the kill. UPDATE: I just ended my phone conversation with Pat, who was following up my complaint about the service I had received from his company. He agreed to refund me some of the cost of the garage door repair, as I felt that I had been significantly over charged. I chose Precision from the yellow pages partly because of the claim to "fix it the same day". This was no idle claim because I called in the morning and someone was there at 1:00pm as promised. The job was completed in an hour and a half. Everything about my interaction with this company was extremely professional. The cost was a bit more than I expected, but an estimate was given before the work was performed and the final cost was exactly as expected. I didn't compare prices with other companies, but since the service was so superb, I can only assume that the price is competitive and fair. It was worth every penny.
