Hi Everyone, yesterday afternoon my garage door opener motor stated smoking! Lucky i was there to unplug it ! I called Precision garage door and they gave me options when they could come out the next day! i chose a time and Rodney called and showed up right on schedule ! may i ad with a fantastic smile and attitude! he gave me several replacement options and and i chose the one that best fit my budget! After install he went above and beyond making my door better than it ever was! five star review and a great big thanks to Mr. Rodney Farmer and Precision garage door!

Tech called when he was on his way & even arrived ahead of schedule. Tech was very professional, polite & courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done , gave me 3 choices of work needed, but did not push to do anything more that I wanted to do. I highly recommend this company.

The technician did an excellent job - right away found the problem and took care of it. Very professional - asked if we had any guestions. He wanted the door tested (opening - closing) before he left to make sure it was working properly which it was. Thank you for the quick response when I called to set up appointment.

Travis was our technician. He did an outstanding job of explaining the problems we had with our current garage door opener and the benefits of going with a newer model. Since our opener was about 10 years old and was starting to have problems we decided to replace it. Travis did a replacement and set us all up connecting to the new system. We are very pleased with the whole process and with Travis.

Tony was professional, informative and solved our garage door problem. We needed a new motor/mechanism on one garage door. He installed that AND fixed an outdoor key pad, syncs to two cars and two doors. He took time to explain and show us how to make it work. He also provided information on new garage doors in which we were also interested. Thank you, Tony!

I was quoted option 1 ($970) or option 2 ($1350) to replace 2 springs with a 15K cycle rating. This is very expensive compared to other garage repair shops.

They are not required and or mandatory to do. We encourage any customer to call around if they feel inclined to do so. But to your point, garage door repair is not cheap. We are not the most expensive company out there, we are not the cheapest (we do not want to be), but we do try to be very professional and stand behind our work. Precision is great! I called about an appointment in the morning and had a technician on site this afternoon! The main spring on our garage door broke so I needed some major repairs. Their technician, Sheridan Abad, was super friendly and professional and gave me 2 quotes. He explained both options in great detail without trying to push me towards the more expensive repairs. I was afraid he'd have to order parts and come back another day, but he had everything with him in his truck and was able to change my one spring to a 2-spring system within about 1 hour. At the same time, he changed all the wheels to better, quieter ones, greased everything and serviced the garage door motor. The door seems to run way more smoothly, is quieter and maybe even a little bit faster. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Precision.

My door and the associated hardware was in really bad shape. Technician Travis did an excellent job. He replaced the springs, rollers, cables, etc. It works like it is new.

Very bad service. The service person came and did little-to-no valid checking's in the existing system. He directly want to change a new one and asked me to pay around $1500. I wasted by paying $49 for no reason. Please don't call them if you have issue with garage door opener.

Diamond certified and positive yelp reviews my selection factors for Precision. 25 year door in great shape (use 4-6 times daily) needed new components (springs, rollers, drums, cables, bottom weather stripping, brackets). Jerry explained service options in detail and showed parts to be used. He did very professional installation, attention to detail.
