Very disappointed in the results. The service tech was very professional but I never should have let him talk me into replacing my springs when all I really needed was the cables replaced. My door hasn’t worked since my service and I may have to replace my opener to overpower the new springs. I have since replaced all the rollers and tried adjusting the springs myself to try to make it work. Would never hire Precision again.

Carlos Larios was awesome! Did great in explaining each quote without pressure in choosing ~ only the alternatives ~ he patiently awaited my decision as I had to inquire with my expert advisors! I am extremely happy with my new garage door opener system ~ besides the cost~ as expected, since old LOUD ratting system was way past its use! It’s a whole new world!! Our overall experience was outstanding! Booking was easy and Rodney called prior to arrival for the scheduled date/time booked to confirm his arrival within 30 minutes. Upon arrival, he inspected, provided options and he was super helpful with a recommendation that would repair and set us up with a door that performed better than it ever had since we moved to our home 15 years ago. He also provided a future recommendation should we need to swap the opener. I will definitely refer Precision Door and will call again if we have a need. Thank you!!!

I chose Precision because my normal provider was backed up for three weeks, and I couldn't wait. Once Jose Brizuela completed replacing my opener and wheels later that same day, I am thankful things worked out as they did. Jose arrived within two hours, quickly diagnosed the problem (old age ... opener, not owner) and had everything on the truck to bring it into this century. Then two hours later, he was gone. Job well done. Thank you Jose and Precision. After this experience, you're my new "normal" provider.

I received a call from the Technician 30 min before his arrival as promised. He was courteous and knowledgeable. However the cost for this work, a Garage Door equipment replacement was 5x more than expected. I declined to have them do the work.

My garage door became slightly unhinged. I called for help and was scheduled for mid morning. When Travis arrived it just took a few minutes to assess my problem and give me an estimate. I was shocked when he asked if I wanted done today! Within a couple of hours, my garage door acted like new!

Great work and timely response from Precision Garage. We had a non urgent situation, but they were still able to come out the day of. My experience with Phillip Nguyen goes back four years ago. Phillip has the same professionalism and mannerism as he greeted me today. Phillip greeted me with positive enthusiasm and was very detailed assessing my garage door issues. Phillip provided me options how I would like to proceed with repairs and the estimates and his estimated to complete repairs was spot on. Phillip, really knows his trade, but most importantly Phillip iwas sensitive and courteous to me and my neighbors. Noise was minimal and repairs exceeded my expectations. Holy smoke!!! Garage door cockeyed and won’t open at 2pm on Saturday. Called and they made an appointment for 2:30 -6:30. Then Jose called & said he’d be there in 20 minutes. Got here at 2:50. Looked the door over, gave the estimate, we said OK. He replaced the spring, cables, plastic things that travel up & down. Fixed the track that was dented (we thought beyond repair) and assorted other parts. We paid him and he was on his way at 4:15!!! Their commercial is no BS. Saved the day. Thank you so much. The motors on my two garage doors were wearing out and not working properly. Travis Behn responded and we discussed options. I opted for new motors, springs and some minor parts. Travis was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him. After the install, he helped me set up the phone app, showed me how everything functioned, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great service. I’m happy with the experience.

Terrible Quote. You quoted $2,000 to fix a broken garage door cable. 2nd company came out and fixed the cable (changed out the spring coil too) for $400

Garage door stopped working! Called Precision and Jose Brizuela Lopez arrived approximately 2-3 hours after I called, which was well within the "window" I was told a tech would be out. He inspected the door (27 years old) and explained several ways to "fix it", offering pros/cons of each. I opted to do all to fix it. He was done in less than 1 1/2 to 2 hours. He explained everything thoroughly, door works - the whole process start to finish was easy. Highly recommend Precision.

I am very happy with the service repair to my garage door. Sterling was the technician who work on our door. He call ahead of time and arrived when he said he would was very pleasant and friendly and explained everything and gave me an option of work and quotes. He replaced the springs, rollers, bearing and bar. We have had this door for over 20 years and it need most of the hardware replaced. He did a thorough job and explained everything he did to our door. Very pleased with the service.

I came home from a Costco trip loaded with groceries and the garage door would not open. I searched for garage repair shops in Livermore. Precision came up with a list that had one close. I called and right away a real person answered the phone and she said a repair person would be between 10 and 2. That was a10 and 1 I received a call from Carlos that he was on the way and would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived and knew exactly what was wrong. He explained the problem to me and my options for the repair. I can not say enough how great he was: his appearance was good, he was very patient dealing with any questions and he was quick with the install and left leaving a clean work area.
