I was able to get same-day service when our garage door wouldn't completely close. The technician showed me what the issue was, which was different from what I'd thought. He fixed the problem, and added extra support for the door. He also upgraded the wheels on the roller track to move more smoothly and oiled all of the hinges on the door. He was in and out in 40 minutes, and did a beautiful job. I heartily recommend Precision for door installation--they installed the door originally, as well as the repair service.

Jose was our technician today. He was very polite and patient with us. We had called Precision to get a 2nd opinion on a non-working keypad. Jose confirmed it was dead and it actually fell apart in his hands. He also noticed a wheel that had come out of the track and the ring holding it to the door. He fixed that too and now everything is working great! This is our second time working with Precision Garage Door and the second time we have been extremely pleased with their attention to details, their work, and their price!

As promised by the scheduler, Rod, our repair technician called prior to his arrival. Once he was on the scene, he was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns then conducted a thorough inspection of the garage door and accessories before making a diagnosis and recommending a solution. After installing a new keypad and remote he patiently worked through some electronic and coding issues. Only after I felt assured that the problem was completely resolved, did he depart. I never got the sense that he was rushing through my work order to move onto the next job, before the current job was complete! Rod exceeded our expectations! Great work! Thanks again!

Your customer service is excellent. The appointment scheduling was easy, Mario called me about 30 minutes before his arrival, diagnosed the problem, gave us a time estimate for the repairs, and actually completed the repairs in that time frame. He explained his work and what we could do on our own for maintenance. I was a little shocked on the cost of repairs, though, but I have faith that the work will last for many years to come. ou’re service guy that came to my place was awesome and honest. Your operator that picked the phone up was nice but I feel like I was lied to. I SPECIFICALY asked the price for a new opener ( the motor) as well as installation. I also asked how much it would cost to repair. I was TOLD $495 plus a discounted service call fee of $25. “ that’s it?” “ yes”. So for installation and repair of the door and the unit it’s $515 plus tax. Yea no. I spend over $515 for the repair and your tech told me it would be another $800 for a new unit and installation ( motor, drive rail, sensor eye and control). So in the end I went from expecting to spend just over $500 but in reality it would have cost me about $1400. I didn’t buy the new unit because of the “ missinfomation”. I would have had no problem spending that if I was originally quoted that. Thanks for the repair, he was good. Going to the next company for a replacement.

I ordered a glass door with panted aluminum frame, track & motor. Precision was 20% less then the competition. When the installer finished the installation he pointed out a buckle in the frame that I would not have noticed and ordered a new panel to be installed.
