Excellent service, even if pricey. We were having an intermittent problem that wasn't diagnosed correctly by a different company on repeated visits, so we tried this one after a complete failure left us unable to open the door at all. Very prompt response, courteous service, and our door is now working perfectly.

Our garage door was all kinds of wonky. Only opened 3/4 of the way (right about forehead level), refused to stop when it hit the ground, and sounded like the whole thing was going to come apart when opening and closing. Travis came by today, right on time, gave us our potential options for fixes, and set about getting to work on our chosen path. Work was completed in less than four hours that same visit. Was it cheap? No. Are we happy with the end result? Absolutely.

I had a new LiftMaster garage door opener installed by Patrick Leahy and Breashear. I was impressed by the overall level of service. They provided an extensive inspection of my garage door unit, and gave recommendations as to how to maximize the life and efficiency of the door. I liked that they were prompt, courteous, explained the different pricing options, and left the garage work area clean. I would not hesitate to contact Precision in the future if a need arises. They do excellent work!

We had Precision install our new door a couple of years ago and it was time for a tuneup. Antonio came out today and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was an extremely polite young man and explained what he was going to do and set about doing it. He tightened all the doors bolts and lubricated the moving parts and finally reset our side mounted opener. It’s really good to feel confidence and trust in people. Antonio is an asset to your company.

My garage door popped a spring and we were unable to get our cars out without manually lifting the very heavy wood panel door. I called several local garage door companies and left a message without a return response. A friend mentioned he had heard good things about Precision Garage repair, so I placed a call to them and got a live person instead of a recording. The pleasant gentleman who answered the phone stated someone would be out the next morning which is what I was hoping for. The service I received today is very impressive, specifically during a holiday weekend. I was able to obtain a same-day appointment within 5 minutes when called. No you did not meet my expectations with Travis this time, Travis replaced the rollers when he was here before, but the rollers need to be adjusted, something is pulling the wood from around the garage door frame. Travis said the rollers were in their place and could not see anything wrong, he could not fix what he could not see, clearly there is something going on. Other that that I am still happy with precision.

Travis and Ahmed were great! Our garage went haywire on an early Friday morning, around 7:30am. I googled, found Precision, called and had a same day appointment scheduled by 7:48am. Our wonderful technician, Travis, was here by 8:37am and our garage door was repaired by 9:45am. There was a bunch that needed to be done, new bracket, cables and springs! Thank you Travis! If we have any future garage door issues, we know to call Precision, we’re lifetime customers now! With Precision, you’re in good hands!

10/25/24 Precision repair Martin 16 x 8 door with Lift Master. Problem door opens 2 feet stops if you close it and opens again it goes full open. Also when disconnect from LM door is way to heavy to lift by hand. Precision Tech troubleshoots finds wrong weight torsion springs and not Martin springs. Correct torsion srings installed. Also replace worn bearing and track rollers. Door works correctly with Lift Master and by hand. Approx time 2 hours fair price same day. Very impressed with Tech. I do DIY stuff but would never figured wrong lifting weight torsion springs. Tech did an excellent job.
