Great experience with my garage door consultation and installation. Kip was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me find the best option at a great price during the consultation. Luigi handled the installation and did an excellent job—efficient, professional, and everything works perfectly. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Just had a garage door opener installed by Caleb Winchester. at Precision Garage Caleb was very patient and took extra time to describe the process, costs, and features. I appreciated his professionalism and friendly personality. I called Precision Garage after a failed experiment at hiring someone through Lowes to install a garage door I'd purchased from them. My experience with Caleb was a night/day difference from the Lowes guy, and I wish I'd called Precision Garage first. THANK YOU!

Phillip took the time explain everything clearly and answered all our questions. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and gave us tips on maintenance. Thirty minutes after my holiday guests left, as a winter rain storm approached, I noticed that my garage door would not close. With my long-time home improvement contractor away for the holidays, I was left on my own. I remembered the Precision name as the source of my garage door some years ago, so I called and amazingly, got a same day appointment. My technician, Antonio, arrived at 7:30pm. I was thrilled - at least he could help me manually get my door closed to keep the rain out (LOL)! But Antonio did a lot more than that! He assessed the situation, explaining everything to me in clear, understandable terms, and upon my ok, he worked the details to solve my problem. Although my situation was not a simple fix, Antonio got it ALL done - and told me what I need to do going forward to make sure my garage door continues to function well. Problem solved! Antonio was professional, courteous and EFFECTIVE. Thank you so much!

Thank you for the emergency repair and install. It was nicely done in a few hours as advertised. I appreciate very much the excellent service from your engineer Alex. He is very hard working with demonstrated skills and knowledge. However, I do have sticker shock because every piece of raw materials (springs, tubes and opener) are at least 2x more expensive than the market. In an emergency situation, customer is usually not in a good bargaining position... Excellent service but heavy mark up has greatly reduced client satisfaction.

I had my garage door assessed (supposed to be annually) for $59. It hadn’t been checked in years and been wanting to lube it because it was getting loud. I called Precision Garage who installed my spring and tech (Paulino) honestly said it still had about 7-8 years to go. What he did solve was the noise by replacing the rollers with best on the market ones that have sealed lubed ball bearings in a nylon casing. Noise level dropped and less strain on the motor. He also swapped out the rubber seal which I don’t think I ever changed but has been a concern because I have our EV charger cable run underneath it. Excellent service, top quality parts, Paulino is a master technician who really knows garage doors!
