Today we had Precision Garage repair service come to repair our garage door. The tech, Rodney Farmer, came and evaluated the problem and fixed the problem which the tech from the other company caused. Rodney really cared about what he was doing and found the screw which was put in the wrong way and caused our garage to almost tip off the tracks. The damage was severe but Rodney removed the damage and fixed the entire system and now it sounds like a brand new door. I am going to tell my neighbors to call Precision and ask for Rodney when they need garage repairs or replacement.

Tech was nice and sounds knowledgeable. But said 9 months warranty on labor, but California state law says 1 year warranty on labor, presume owner knows that. Gave senior discount.

As promised by the scheduler, Rod, our repair technician called prior to his arrival. Once he was on the scene, he was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns then conducted a thorough inspection of the garage door and accessories before making a diagnosis and recommending a solution. After installing a new keypad and remote he patiently worked through some electronic and coding issues. Only after I felt assured that the problem was completely resolved, did he depart. I never got the sense that he was rushing through my work order to move onto the next job, before the current job was complete! Rod exceeded our expectations! Great work! Thanks again!

Our overall experience was outstanding! Booking was easy and Rodney called prior to arrival for the scheduled date/time booked to confirm his arrival within 30 minutes. Upon arrival, he inspected, provided options and he was super helpful with a recommendation that would repair and set us up with a door that performed better than it ever had since we moved to our home 15 years ago. We reached out to Precision because our 4 y.o. garage door opener was making a strange clicking sound. We were amazed that they had same day availability! Rodney, the technician arrived within the arrival window and preceded to diagnose the situation. Long story short, there was dangerous wear from an overly tight drive belt, track misalignment, and poorly balanced spring that could have seriously injured someone had the parts failed. Rodney was incredibly methodical, attentive to detail and communicated very clearly what he was seeing, what our options were and how much it would cost. He spent the time to make sure the job was done well and that there would be no need for a callback. Would highly recommend Precision for anyone repairing or replacing a garage door!
