10/25/24 Precision repair Martin 16 x 8 door with Lift Master. Problem door opens 2 feet stops if you close it and opens again it goes full open. Also when disconnect from LM door is way to heavy to lift by hand. Precision Tech troubleshoots finds wrong weight torsion springs and not Martin springs. Correct torsion srings installed. Also replace worn bearing and track rollers. Door works correctly with Lift Master and by hand. Approx time 2 hours fair price same day. Very impressed with Tech. I do DIY stuff but would never figured wrong lifting weight torsion springs. Tech did an excellent job.

Our overall experience was outstanding! Booking was easy and Rodney called prior to arrival for the scheduled date/time booked to confirm his arrival within 30 minutes. Upon arrival, he inspected, provided options and he was super helpful with a recommendation that would repair and set us up with a door that performed better than it ever had since we moved to our home 15 years ago. He also provided a future recommendation should we need to swap the opener. I will definitely refer Precision Door and will call again if we have a need. Thank you!!!

I am truly satisfied with the way Precision Garage Door has handled our garage door problem. From the setting up of the visit and inspection up to the performance and repair of garage door in its entirety, PGD truly is very professional and punctual. Technician Jose Brizuela is very knowledgeable and professional explaining his findings and what remedy is to take to fix the problems found. In addition, he made further alignment and adjustments of the garage door with his proper analysis of what was jagging the door. He deserves a raise in salary and recognition. Your service technician John was very friendly and helpful. He showed up in the provided time window and called ahead of time to update on his ETA. The spring on our roll-up door had broken Saturday nite. I went on your site and scheduled an appointment on-line for the next day. John provided several different repair options for the repair and maintenance of our door. Work was accomplished within an hour. Outstanding service. Within 30 minutes of making an appointment, Sheridan Abad, the Technician showed up and replaced the broken spring and other assorted parts that were worn out. Spent about two hours to complete the job. Service couldn't have been better.

I chose Precision because my normal provider was backed up for three weeks, and I couldn't wait. Once Jose Brizuela completed replacing my opener and wheels later that same day, I am thankful things worked out as they did. Jose arrived within two hours, quickly diagnosed the problem (old age ... opener, not owner) and had everything on the truck to bring it into this century. Then two hours later, he was gone. From the start, the agent who answered my call, LaToya, was very professional and careful to obtain my information and repeat it back to me clearly. The appointment was set for early that afternoon. Technician, Mario arrived on time, assessed the damage, and provided me with proposals for what had to be replaced immediately (broken gear in opener) and what could possibly wait a while longer (torsion springs). As the whole assembly almost 20 years old, I opted for full replacement. While testing the newly installed equipment, he found that one of the roller bearings was bad so he replaced that as well. I have no complaints with this company. Precision Garage Door Service isn't just a name, it's a description!

Carlos was excellent. I believe he thought he was walking into a quick 30-minute job because he was only there to correct an issue left by a rodent control company. When he arrived he saw the extent of the work needed and immediately let me know what was going to happen to make the door work properly. he didn't have all the parts so he took a quick trip to pick them up. Knowing I needed to get the garage door functioning as soon as possible, he worked until 7:00 pm. The door works great now Excellent Job!

Patrick did an amazing job! He was very thorough in his initial inspection after I told him about the problems I had with the door. Precision installed my garage door and opener 4 years ago. I have had a few problems with it, however, I do credit the service given to me for repairs. Not happy with some of the performance of the product but the Techs have been fantastic. Very timely on arriving to my home as well as informative and professional. Just yesterday Patrick assisted me on a repair. He was meticulous in his review of potential problem and very thorough in all the explanations he gave me. I trust that the repair will work.
