Bashir Was at my neighbor across the street. I asked if I could ask some questions about my garage door opener. He came over and answered all my questions. I ended up getting my garage door opener and rollers replaced. He walked me through how the system works and I feel that I have the knowledge to work my garage door now. Highly recommend him, went above and beyond!

Prior Customer. This was a repair fix for code 4-6. Salvador the Precision Technician came out and had the problem isolated and fixed in 30 minutes. Turned out a loose wire on the opener was the culprit. While here he also lubricated the door rollers and drive. Very professional and courteous. Thank You Salvador!

Jose and Precision Garage Door saved my sanity by showing up within 30 minutes on a Saturday to repair my door that I completely bunged up trying a DIY repair. What's worse I am scheduled to fly out very early Sunday morning and with all my garage items and toys, simply could not leave town with the garage door in pieces and unable to close thoroughly. The work was done quickly and painlessly by Jose and I am very grateful this pro saved me from disaster.

Our garage door opener decided to go bad and we weren't sure where to turn. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had someone come to our home that afternoon. Phillip was sensational - he explained and showed me the problem, then proposed 3 options that would solve the problem. We chose the more expensive option (new opener, springs and cables) since that would provide a longer term solution. Then Phillip proceeded to remove the old opener and install the new one plus all the other related parts. I was present for nearly all of the operation and Phillip explained everything as he went along plus answering all of my questions in great detail. The work was completed in good time and with great results. Phillip kept the work area and it's mess well contained and removed all of the old equipment and packing material (to be recycled). I was impressed by his work etiquette and personable attitude - would have him come back in a heart beat. Kudos to Precision Garage Door for everything.

Came home on Friday afternoon to find that our garage door wouldn't open. It turns out that our spring had broken. I went online to Precision Garage Door's website and requested service for the following morning (8-12pm). Sheridan Abad arrived a little before 12pm on Saturday and gave me a breakdown of the issues - replace the spring but all 12 rollers on the door needed replacing as they had all worn out, and that the torsion cables and drums also needed replacing. The estimate was way more than what I was expecting but I knew that I'd rather have a functional garage door and not have to worry about it breaking down again in the near future. Ninety minutes later Sheridan was finished and he gave me additional instructions on how to lube the roller mechanisms so that they'd last longer. I couldn't be happier with the work!

Dear Precision and Nathaniel I., I can't thank you enough for the excellent service I recieved today. I called at 11am to request service and it was completed by 4pm. Nathaniel replaced everything except the garage door. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He explained everything in detail, in an easy to understand way. His work was fast ,efficient and excellent. My garage door before was so noisy that my neighbors complained. It was also not closing all of the way. Now you can barely hear it. This was my first garage door repair and It went wonderfully. I called in the afternoon on a Friday and they were able to send a technician within a couple hours. The technician Jose was amazing. He was polite and extremely knowledgeable. He had the spring and bearings replaced in under an hour. My garage door has never opened this quietly before. I wish he did more than garage doors because I would use him again without question. Thank you Jose and Precision.

You guys (and Kate who took my call) are the best! We came home from a trip yesterday to find that one of our garage doors (2 years old!) was not functioning. Everything else in the garage was working as was the other garage door. After having seen your ads many times on Channel 2 I knew who I was going to call, so I put myself in front of the tv with pen and paper in hand and almost immediately there was your ad. I wrote down the number and called (8:45ish am). Kate answered my call, collected my details and sent a technician out who arrived less than one hour later! We were amazed. He was professional, personable and ready for the task. An hour later we were "back in business! So happy with your service, I'll highly recommend you to anyone who asks.

I came home from a Costco trip loaded with groceries and the garage door would not open. I searched for garage repair shops in Livermore. Precision came up with a list that had one close. I called and right away a real person answered the phone and she said a repair person would be between 10 and 2. That was a10 and 1 I received a call from Carlos that he was on the way and would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived and knew exactly what was wrong. He explained the problem to me and my options for the repair. I can not say enough how great he was: his appearance was good, he was very patient dealing with any questions and he was quick with the install and left leaving a clean work area. As promised by the scheduler, Rod, our repair technician called prior to his arrival. Once he was on the scene, he was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns then conducted a thorough inspection of the garage door and accessories before making a diagnosis and recommending a solution. After installing a new keypad and remote he patiently worked through some electronic and coding issues. Only after I felt assured that the problem was completely resolved, did he depart. I never got the sense that he was rushing through my work order to move onto the next job, before the current job was complete! Rod exceeded our expectations! Great work! Thanks again!
