The service I received today is very impressive, specifically during a holiday weekend. I was able to obtain a same-day appointment within 5 minutes when called. The technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly within 10 minutes. Travis explained clearly the failure of the system and proposed options for my consideration. I chose the replacement option and it was completed within 2 hours and 30 minutes. Indeed, Precision is the leader of the industry. Thank you for the quick response.

I am a licensed S.E. S1862 and would like to propose a bolt though the wall as opposed to current failed lag attachment of spring. Garage never used for vehicles. Will buy new garage door when sell in 1 yr. A more experienced person could probably do this. Happy to sign a hold harmless document. The person that did the repair (Jim) was professional, efficient, and thorough. He did the repair, checked the other components of the door and - to my relief, the door was again functional.
