Carlos Larios was awesome! Did great in explaining each quote without pressure in choosing ~ only the alternatives ~ he patiently awaited my decision as I had to inquire with my expert advisors! I am extremely happy with my new garage door opener system ~ besides the cost~ as expected, since old LOUD ratting system was way past its use! It’s a whole new world!! Patrick came out to my house right on time. After looking at the garage door, he was thorough in his explanation of what the issues were and how he would repair them. He was clearly very knowledgeable and clarified every question I had. His work was efficient and he beat his estimated time by at least half an hour. When he was done, he then explained and showed me all of the work completed. He even explained all of the warranty information, as well. I would recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors without any hesitation. Great service.

Our overall experience was outstanding! Booking was easy and Rodney called prior to arrival for the scheduled date/time booked to confirm his arrival within 30 minutes. Upon arrival, he inspected, provided options and he was super helpful with a recommendation that would repair and set us up with a door that performed better than it ever had since we moved to our home 15 years ago. He also provided a future recommendation should we need to swap the opener. I will definitely refer Precision Door and will call again if we have a need. Thank you!!!

I chose Precision because my normal provider was backed up for three weeks, and I couldn't wait. Once Jose Brizuela completed replacing my opener and wheels later that same day, I am thankful things worked out as they did. Jose arrived within two hours, quickly diagnosed the problem (old age ... opener, not owner) and had everything on the truck to bring it into this century. Then two hours later, he was gone. Job well done. Thank you Jose and Precision. After this experience, you're my new "normal" provider.

Hi Everyone, yesterday afternoon my garage door opener motor stated smoking! Lucky i was there to unplug it ! I called Precision garage door and they gave me options when they could come out the next day! i chose a time and Rodney called and showed up right on schedule ! may i ad with a fantastic smile and attitude! he gave me several replacement options and and i chose the one that best fit my budget! I received a call from the Technician 30 min before his arrival as promised. He was courteous and knowledgeable. However the cost for this work, a Garage Door equipment replacement was 5x more than expected. I declined to have them do the work.

My garage door became slightly unhinged. I called for help and was scheduled for mid morning. When Travis arrived it just took a few minutes to assess my problem and give me an estimate. I was shocked when he asked if I wanted done today! Within a couple of hours, my garage door acted like new!

I am surprised with the the quote given to me. My garage door opener is pretty old and the gear broke from inside and there is no way to repair. So, I asked for the quote how much would be the final amount if i go for new garage door opener. They have gave the quote which 4 times higher than market rate (total $3200). I checked with Home depot and their technician and got it replace in $400. I would not recommend service from Precision. Highly disappointed.

My experience with Phillip Nguyen goes back four years ago. Phillip has the same professionalism and mannerism as he greeted me today. Phillip greeted me with positive enthusiasm and was very detailed assessing my garage door issues. Phillip provided me options how I would like to proceed with repairs and the estimates and his estimated to complete repairs was spot on. Phillip, really knows his trade, but most importantly Phillip iwas sensitive and courteous to me and my neighbors. Noise was minimal and repairs exceeded my expectations. I had my service Monday, which went very well and the tech was very quick in getting my new motor and springs installed. I will say, I was a bit shocked at the price. I was not offered options and was just told that the cost would be $3600 for what he was installing. I was surprised on the invoice to see how much some of the individual components were and that it wasn’t service that was the result of the price. Looking on the precision garage door website, it seems like the average cost of a motor is 300-500, I paid over a grand for mine. I’m seeing the same motor available online for $400, why is this one so much more? Additionally the two springs were $300 each? Online I’m seeing average costs should be $100-$200 for both combined? It also cost $1000 for center and end bearing plates and cable. I’m just hoping for a bit more transparency on these costs as I do feel a bit like I was given premium options without being consulted on options.

Very disappointed in the results. The service tech was very professional but I never should have let him talk me into replacing my springs when all I really needed was the cables replaced. My door hasn’t worked since my service and I may have to replace my opener to overpower the new springs. I have since replaced all the rollers and tried adjusting the springs myself to try to make it work. Would never hire Precision again.
