From the friendly and totally competent Willow who answered my call to the fabulous technician (who I believe is Ismael Lopez) who fixed it promptly and with a great attitude, we could not be more happy. My garage door opener was very old. Called for service on 12/29/21 and was able to get an appointment on 12/30/21. Sheridan Abad arrived on time and explained what needed to be done. He was available on 1/1/22 to come and finished the job. He was a pleasure to work with., and I highly recommend using Precision.

Gary arrived at 8:15am on a Sunday morning and had completely fixed a broken mainspring and replaced all the bearings in our broken garage door by 10am. Amazing service.
