Bachir of Precision replaced the springs on my garage door and lubricated everything. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He clearly explained the issues with my system and gave me a choice of options. I chose not to have the entire system replaced--I'm kicking that can down the road--but he gave me a clear understanding of what can be done in the future. In the meantime, Bachir made it open and close much more smoothly and not bounce around as much as before. This will help me kick the can a little farther.

My garage door opener was very old. Called for service on 12/29/21 and was able to get an appointment on 12/30/21. Sheridan Abad arrived on time and explained what needed to be done.
