We made a wrong decision of choosing this company. The service maybe good but excessive charge compare to anywhere else. We were charged almost the same as brand new garage door for a small job. I really regret that I chose precision garage door repair.

My garage door spring broke. Antonio Mendoza arrived within the time frame. He examined my garage door and located some other things that were going to be a problem in the near future. He showed me the problems and explained the damage and consequences of not repairing these other problems. He was able to repair all of the problems at a reasonable price and within an hour or so. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

I called around noon, and was given a time between 2 and 6. Ersell called and let us know when he would be here. He arrived when he said he would and got right to the issue we were having with out garage door opener. It turned out our opener was not fixable. Ersell was able to get us set up with a new opener and had it installed in about 90 mnutes. He was great to explain the new system and we were happy to get it done so quickly and without any issues.We appreciate the work Ersell did for us, so efficient, personable and professional. Thanks!

Brandon Taylor is the type of technician I want whenever I need a professional: high integrity, genuine, honest and skilled. He goes above and beyond to help customers become aware of what our part is in maintaining our equipment and how little time, effort and product it takes to extend the life of our garage doors and openers. He demonstrates how to lubricate the rollers, springs, hinges and tubes. Shows us what spray to buy and use. I'm all for saving money and extending the life of all equipment, especially high cost items. Today I proactively replaced the original chain driven 1/3 hp (home builder -cheap!) garage opener because it was 10 years old and noisy. It was slow, as well. I researched and chose a "belt" driven model and swapped out the rail wheels (which were being dragged) for new rollers. I find it better to assess all aspects of the garage door and opener to maintain correct alignment and increased longevity. Brandon explained how the remote and control pad worked. He also programmed my vehicle with the new garage opener. He's really talented and wants to do his best always for the customer. He's the type of person you'd want the next time if assistance is needed. Brandon and Precision's phone/website are in my phone contact list! I practice proactive management -buy quality, good workmanship and see the value pay off long term. I did my research and I lucked out choosing Precision!

I Googled Precision made the call and Precision responded, diagnosed the condition of my 2006 garage door operation, made their recommendation for repair and got the job done in 30 minutes. Afterwards, there was a fire alert and mandatory evacuation of my neighborhood. My family left the house forgot the house keys and were only able to enter through the garage door.
