When we expressed interest in obtaining additional quotes, we were informed that closing the garage door could cause further damage, effectively leaving us with the choice of either keeping the door open while seeking another provider or proceeding with the repair through this company. Although the technician completed the work efficiently, we were uncomfortable with the situation and the limited options presented, which made it feel as though we were compelled to move forward without the opportunity to explore alternatives.

Sheridan with Precision Garage Door was courteous and did a great job fixing my garage door issues. There is no complaint about his performance. However the invoice was not transparent and the job was very expensive. The installation labor was bundled with the material items and no one I spoke to with Precision Garage Door could break it down for me so I know what I am paying for what. The standard answer I got was “It is above my pay grade”.

Though the work was done fast and very satisfactory, the total repair costs was ridiculously and unreasonably expensive. I don’t agree when you have different charges based on where you live. I would say that I am an unhappy customer.

I had garage doors that needed servicing for multiple reasons: 1. The external keypad wasn't working 2. The main large garage door was making a lot of noise and showed serious fatigue. 3. The remote control was not working well 4. Precision Garage Door has become my “ Go To “ for any Garage Door issues. I used them again this week because the sensor was having a problem ,, I used the info that the agent had taught me ( it was actually a Tutorial, the first time I had them here to replace motors etc I safely brought the door down for over night ( safety and privacy) The agent came out the next morning,,, there was a small leaf in the sensor , blocking it . He showed me , and then went on to tweak anything he saw necessary And only charged me for the service fee . And,,, in the process I learned more about the door operation Very good company!

Got home late last night to a garage door that did not open. I had just replaced the opener myself, but it looked like a broken spring. Went online to Precision Garage Door, and the next morning, our tech Sheridan Abad showed up around 9:30 am. He confirmed my broken spring, but also pointed out the wheels and bearings were worn and failing. He gave me some options and prices, and we agreed to do the work. An hour or so later, Sheridan was done. Showed me the failed pieces, explained maintenance, and was on his way. Well worth the cost; fixed professionally and efficiently in less than a day. Great work, Sheridan and Precision!
