I have had the pleasure of having Sheridan come out and work on my garage door as such I specifically requested he come out for another visit as a few of the bracket screws were stripped. Upon his arrival he quickly looked at the door and noticed right away there was a cracked on one of the door panels. He mentioned that if this was repaired, it would eventually result in a full door replacement. He made quickly made the repair. Once again, the service Sheridan provided was top notch. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for garage door repair work ask for Sheridan. He is professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

So disappointed in this place. I got a quote from 3 people and precision garage doors wanted to charge double than the others and said things needed to be replaced when the others said it was working perfectly fine. It felt like all they wanted was my money and they weren’t genuine and honest. I paid $70 for a 10 min estimate. I wouldn’t recommend them!

I was able to receive quick and convenient same day service. Technician Joel was professional & outstanding in every way. I do feel the parts were highly inflated in price especially the rods & springs, brackets. But I decided I am still very happy with the high quality repairs and the attention to the overall function of the door system which is important for longevity.

I had a perceived problem with a garage door part and called Precision to replace it. Travis came and checked it out. He then proceeded to explain to me that although it might appear problematic, the part was perfectly functional. I know just about nothing regarding garage doors. Travis could easily sold me 400 bucks worth of parts and labor and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead I was presented with no charge for the service. This kind of honesty is more than refreshing. Precision Garage Door is a class act! Needless to say, in future for garage door maintenance, Precision will be the first (and only) company I'll be calling.

My experience with the Precision team was amazing from the initial phone call through to the completed repair. The gal who answered the phone on Sunday was exceptionally pleasant and courteous, letting me know when to expect a phone call from the technician. True to her word, Sheridan called me shortly thereafter and gave me his estimated ETA. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was very thorough in his explanation. The repair was completed promptly and we tested afterward. I would absolutely recommend Precision for all future needs.

Patrick from Precision came out to my house the same day I phoned the office. I didn't have an emergency, but I knew my garage door was warning me to get serviced or to be sorry. Patrick went through all of the components with me, was knowledgeable and professional, and walked me through how to use and program the new motor/keypads/etc. Replacing the motor, the wheels, the springs, cables, weather stripping, etc. is not cheap, but I now have peace of mind that my door won't randomly open in the middle of the day or crash and break something. Patrick was cool and focused and did a great job. Thank you, Patrick!

My original SOS call to Precision was to replace the backup battery in my opener. After listening to the beeps for three days I was going crazy...Freddy Cespedes did this and then gave my garage door a much-needed tuneup. He was a gem!

Needed some work, saw the add on TV. Read the reviews. Made an appointment. Technician came on time. Told him what my door problems were. He checked my garage door and explained clearly what's wrong with the door and also showed me the damaged tracks and wheels. Thanked him for explaining and what he planned to do. Authorized to replace worn parts. It took him over 4 hours to finish the job. He was very professional, efficient and did a wonderful job. He told me his name is on the Invoice. I didn't see his name on the invoice. I forgot his name, sorry. He is an asset to any company he works for since his personality was excellent.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while but, here goes. We have had a couple different issues with our garage door. Both times Travis came out. He was on-time, professional, friendly, and explained everything so I could understand what he was doing, what my options were, and the cost of those different options. I will absolutely call them anytime I have a garage door issue and if I need to purchase anything new for the garage door. I can’t speak highly enough of Travis, and through him, Precision Garage Doors.

Precision Door had done work on wooden garage door 14 years ago. It needed some major TLC. Travis was great. He ended up replacing springs, rollers and installing a new garage door opener. Aligned the door tracks and tightened and lubricated the hinges. It opens much quieter and runs closes without a thud. He thoroughly explained needed and recommend repairs and let me decided what I wanted done on the call. Will definitely use them again only not wait 14 years for a door tune up.

Technician is on time which is great! I told the guy that all I want is to make a minimal repair like adjusting/aligning the dented right vertical rail which cause the rollers on the left to disangaged so that it will function how it used to be. I was really dissapointed when the guy give me the estimates and option, telling me so many parts need to be replace which will cost me $1,500-$1,800. I decided to decline their estimates in spite me of paying $49.95 for their visit because I knew this company also makes profit out of the parts, hoping they knew how to listen what their customer wants and be truthful enough. In the end I contacted another company with FREE estimate, this guy is so awesome he told me there is no parts need to be replaced. I told him you might need to replace the dented right vertical rail, he said no, what this awesome guy did is just make it straight again. He made my garage door aligned center, adjustments for the gaps and checked all moving parts works properly....now my garage door works flawless and even gave me a 2 years Off Track Warranty. The repars only cost me $300.00! Just being honest in my comments and ratings.

My garage door needed immediate attention so I decided to call local companies for a some advice and quote. The first two companies QUICKLY looked and recommended that I replace my motor for several hundreds of dollars. The Precision technician came to my home and did a thorough inspection. He took his time looked at every component of the garage and gave me his honest opinion. I can appreciate his attention to detail. At the end, PAUL BRINKMAN gave me multiple quotes and gave me tools to make a sound decision. PAUL replaced some springs and he made some adjustments. My garage door was fixed and did not need a motor after all. If and when I do need to replace that motor I know who to call first! Thank you PRECISION for sending an experienced technician. The new springs look great, are perfectly adjusted, and now the door opens and closes exactly how it should. It’s great to have our garage door functioning properly again! I simply needed a garage door spring replaced. Was told by the dispatcher that it would be ~$240 to replace. "Paul" came out and tried to upsell my wife on $900 worth of service. When I asked him to simply perform the service I asked for, he refused. He charged me ~$50 for the visit and left without doing anything. It is highly unlikely that I will ever call you for service again!

I was able to get a next day appointment when I called. Paul B. Showed up in the allotted timeframe and gave me a :30 min heads up on his arrival. Paul was courteous, professional, and followed all COVID-19 protocols. Paul found the the problem and fixed in a timely fashion.
