Caleb from Precision Garage Door Service provided fast, excellent, and incredibly polite service. He arrived exactly on time, fixed my door, and replaced my opener perfectly. I also appreciated the veterans discount. The only downside was the cost. I needed a quick fix and didn't shop around, but I later realized their pricing is definitely on the high end, even after the discount. Overall, Caleb did fantastic work, but be prepared for premium pricing.

I call for a broken spring replacement and the pre inspection the technician and recommended replacement of the two springs , two broken hinges and replacing the bearings. Then he released the garage door from the trolley to test the motor. He asked me push the button to activate the motor The technician said have you noticed the worm drive moving slow.I told him, I did notice it. The technician did not take the cover of the motor to inspect the motor to determine why the worm drive was moving slowly.Then he gave me estimate which was way over priced. The technician gave me two estimates. The first one was for the two spring , 3 bearings and the center coupler. Then said, the garage door opener needed to be replace which was basically 2, 000. I told there is nothing wrong with the motor. The technician seem be very efficient and just wanted sell me something that I did not need. The technician test the door and ask wife to push button for him. When she push to activate the motor it was humming and did not work the first time.When did not work he said, don't tell it is motor while my wife was in the garage. He unattached the the latch from the trolley Then it work 4 times and he went on his way.Serveral hours later I push the button and it did not work. I took off the cover and notice the capacitor was leak oil which is for jump starting the motor. I purchased a capacitor for 17 dollars which solved the problem instead unnecessarily spending 2,000 dollars for the garage door opener. I wouldn't recommend Precision Garage door company to anyone. I attached a photo of the the bad capacitor which very easy fix.

Precision Garage Door Service is outstanding. They are open 7 days a week and I easily located their website, began a chat with an agent, and scheduled an appointment for the next day (Sunday) at my home in Concord. They sent me a text and email confirming the appointment and also letting me know that a logo’ed truck would be showing up with a technician wearing a green logo’ed shirt. Caleb Winchester showed up right on time and couldn’t have been more processional. He did an inspection on the important parts of my garage door and working components. He replaced my broken springs with 2 awesome looking green powder coated springs and he also replaced 2 bearings so that the most important parts of my garage door system were brand new and offered a full warranty. He was in and out in a little over an hour and I was able to use Apple Pay to pay for the service which is super convenient. Caleb even sprayed lubricant on all of the hinges and in doing so found a couple hinges that were broken. He replaced them also for a very fair price. All in all, my experience with Precision Garage Door Service couldn’t have been any better. I highly recommend them!

So of course it was a Sunday morning when one of the torsion cables came loose and prevented us from closing the garage door. I found Precision Service online, and was very happy that they could send out a technician the same day without exorbitant weekend fees. David L. arrived and really worked to figure out the issue - not just replace the cables. I'm very happy with the work he did and very appreciative of the time and care he took to get our door working - for today and the future.

So amazing. I had another company come out for a broken spring. The technician ended up bending the torsion rod causing issue with the side mount opener and refused to own the mistake. Precision Garage door sent Sheridan out to fix it, and he did outstanding work. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was sympathetic to the issue with the other company. After he was done replacing the torsion rod and putting the correct size springs on, and replacing the wheels, my 30+ year old opens smoother and quieter than a brand new door!!! I can’t recommend precision enough.

Jose and Precision Garage Door saved my sanity by showing up within 30 minutes on a Saturday to repair my door that I completely bunged up trying a DIY repair. I have had the pleasure of having Sheridan come out and work on my garage door as such I specifically requested he come out for another visit as a few of the bracket screws were stripped. Upon his arrival he quickly looked at the door and noticed right away there was a cracked on one of the door panels. He mentioned that if this was repaired, it would eventually result in a full door replacement. He made quickly made the repair. Once again, the service Sheridan provided was top notch. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for garage door repair work ask for Sheridan. He is professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

So disappointed in this place. I got a quote from 3 people and precision garage doors wanted to charge double than the others and said things needed to be replaced when the others said it was working perfectly fine. It felt like all they wanted was my money and they weren’t genuine and honest. I paid $70 for a 10 min estimate. I wouldn’t recommend them!

I had a perceived problem with a garage door part and called Precision to replace it. Travis came and checked it out. He then proceeded to explain to me that although it might appear problematic, the part was perfectly functional. I know just about nothing regarding garage doors. Travis could easily sold me 400 bucks worth of parts and labor and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead I was presented with no charge for the service. This kind of honesty is more than refreshing. Precision Garage Door is a class act! Needless to say, in future for garage door maintenance, Precision will be the first (and only) company I'll be calling.

The gal who answered the phone on Sunday was exceptionally pleasant and courteous, letting me know when to expect a phone call from the technician. Patrick from Precision came out to my house the same day I phoned the office. I didn't have an emergency, but I knew my garage door was warning me to get serviced or to be sorry. Patrick went through all of the components with me, was knowledgeable and professional, and walked me through how to use and program the new motor/keypads/etc. Replacing the motor, the wheels, the springs, cables, weather stripping, etc. is not cheap, but I now have peace of mind that my door won't randomly open in the middle of the day or crash and break something. Patrick was cool and focused and did a great job. Thank you, Patrick!

My original SOS call to Precision was to replace the backup battery in my opener. After listening to the beeps for three days I was going crazy...Freddy Cespedes did this and then gave my garage door a much-needed tuneup. He was a gem!
