These guys are awesome! We called on the evening of a holiday and they were able to come out first thing in the morning the next day. Ian was prompt & took time to explain my options, and most importantly - super honest about what is a "must do" & a nice to do. He answered all my questions & even was patient while I had him repeat it all to my husband over the phone. He was super efficient and fixed our problem. Excellent service all around!

Joel came out and serviced our 13 year old garage door. It runs like new. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of what was needed. He replaced cables, rollers , and bottom brackets. He even helped me program the care remote that I was having trouble doing. He took about an hour and went through everything. Thanks Joel for getting us back on track. Literally!

Tech Phillip Nguyen did an outstanding job! Original job order was for an opener replacement but Phillip pointed out some mechanical parts on the garage door that were worn out or about to fail. I was going to leave for work this morning when the garage door wouldn't close. I found Precision on Yelp. It's the first one listed on Yelp and it got great reviews. I called to see if they could send someone over immediately. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. She scheduled a technician to arrive between 10 AM and 2 PM. Then, I got a call from the technician Antonio Mendoza to introduce himself, ask some questions about the problem with the garage door, and to let me know that he will arrive within 30 minutes. He was super polite and professional. He showed up on time, did his inspection, walked me through the problems, and proceeded to fix them once I signed on the dotted lines. Hardworking guy, worked through his lunch hour. I am super happy with his work. Great job, Antonio!

I called Precision Garage due to a broken spring on my rollup door. They made an appointment for the next day ( I indicated it was not an emergency). The technician (Ersell Williams) called 30 minutes before he arrived. I was given three options for repair which was very helpful. Mr. Williams began the repair and was finished within the timeframe he indicated. He was very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend Mr. Williams and Precision Garage Door to my neighbors and friends.

Wasn’t impressed with Precision Garage service: upswell you unnecessary fees. Only needed one spring - they said I should have 2 (one on right, one on left) - went with one; he said I need 3 brackets to hold/pull up door - one bracket on each side lasted 10+ years n should last another 10+ years. Next time I will not go with big company - will use smaller company. On top of that they charge a $60 service come out fee - ridiculous. Go with smaller company to get your garage door fixed.

Phillip called to give us an approximate time of arrival and was actually here earlier, which was nice. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He corrected the problem, that was actually caused by my wife. We would certainly recommend him and your company for any garage door needs.

It was great experience working with Precision Garage door service. From a non functional, noisy garage door to a smooth,quiet garage door all done in less than 3hours. It was all done on the same day I called. Glad, I made a call to Precision Garage Door service. Johnathan, was great, he explained every question we had and he did an awesome job. We had multiple issues with our garage door a broken side drums, worn out garage door opener and old spring. Everything was taken care without any issues. Great service !!! -Ramesh

Needed garage door repair. Saw the reviews for Precision and called them. They came the same day and on time. Alex, the technician, called and let me know his ETA. He was professional, very experienced with my type of garage door and he educated me on the sensors, motor, what to look for in the future to assess if the door is working correctly. Very happy with the service and really appreciated the thorough inspection and time taken to make sure the door was working correctly.

Precision charged me $125 for $4 bearing at HomeDepot. Two bearings cost $250. It is understandable if I only replace a bearing. But, no! I am replacing 2 springs at the same time. The labor for replacing each bearing takes ~5 minutes. I will not use Precision again. Very bad charging practice.

Called the office around 3 pm and discuss the need I needed on my garage. Ask for some details as well as SR discount/ AAA Are available and said yes. I was given the hours from 3:30 to 7:30 pm for the technician to come in. Jerry called at 6:15 advising me that he will be in 6:45 pm. He arrived 5 mins and we talk about Precision has to offer. He explained to all the benefits and he took his time. He made inspection on the garage door, springs and mentioned it was just replaced recently without me telling him. Jerry is very professional all the way until the installation is done. He reset all my remote controls and explained how the main garage door opener works. Lastly he said it is WiFi compatibly on my phone. Immediately I downloaded the app in no time I was up and running. JERRY provided excellent service over all and I will refer Precision to all my friends and family. Thank you Jerry for your service and the company you work with.
