Precision Garage Door Service responded almost immediately to my online request for service. Joel arrived within an hour and was courteous and professional. He installed new springs, cables, plates, drums and bearing rollers. Joel also tightened up some bolts on the door and adjusted the chain on my garage door opener. Everything was completed in under two hours!

Precision Garage Door has serviced my door previously so it was natural to contact them for the new repair, this past Saturday. I was surprised to get a Saturday appointment in fact. The technician phoned to say he was enroute, arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, performed all the necessary repairs! My repair needed new springs, brackets, and cables. I was happy with the work and will refer Precision to anyone needing garage services. I should say that given all the increases in cost of everything else these days, garage repair is no inexpensive undertaking.

These guys are awesome! We called on the evening of a holiday and they were able to come out first thing in the morning the next day. Ian was prompt & took time to explain my options, and most importantly - super honest about what is a "must do" & a nice to do. Joel came out and serviced our 13 year old garage door. It runs like new. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of what was needed. He replaced cables, rollers , and bottom brackets. He even helped me program the care remote that I was having trouble doing. He took about an hour and went through everything. Thanks Joel for getting us back on track. Literally!

I was going to leave for work this morning when the garage door wouldn't close. I found Precision on Yelp. It's the first one listed on Yelp and it got great reviews. I called to see if they could send someone over immediately. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. She scheduled a technician to arrive between 10 AM and 2 PM. Then, I got a call from the technician Antonio Mendoza to introduce himself, ask some questions about the problem with the garage door, and to let me know that he will arrive within 30 minutes. He was super polite and professional. He showed up on time, did his inspection, walked me through the problems, and proceeded to fix them once I signed on the dotted lines. Hardworking guy, worked through his lunch hour. I am super happy with his work. Great job, Antonio!

I called Precision Garage due to a broken spring on my rollup door. They made an appointment for the next day ( I indicated it was not an emergency). The technician (Ersell Williams) called 30 minutes before he arrived. I was given three options for repair which was very helpful. Mr. Williams began the repair and was finished within the timeframe he indicated. He was very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend Mr. Williams and Precision Garage Door to my neighbors and friends.

Wasn’t impressed with Precision Garage service: upswell you unnecessary fees. Only needed one spring - they said I should have 2 (one on right, one on left) - went with one; he said I need 3 brackets to hold/pull up door - one bracket on each side lasted 10+ years n should last another 10+ years. Next time I will not go with big company - will use smaller company. On top of that they charge a $60 service come out fee - ridiculous. Go with smaller company to get your garage door fixed.

It was great experience working with Precision Garage door service. From a non functional, noisy garage door to a smooth,quiet garage door all done in less than 3hours.
