Precision Garage Door are life savers as usual. Caleb Winchester did an excellent job fixing multiple issues that I had. The spring broke (due to age and wear and tear), which what started me to call them and book an appointment. Caleb was able to straighten out one of the tracks which was misaligned. Changed some hinges, tightened up the belt on the garage opener, changed the cabling, and lubed all of the parts that needed it. The garage works like new. It was a chaotic situation because contractors needed to get into the garage to do work in the backyard. Sheridan came to “tune up” our aging garage door earlier today. It is old, had a serious sag, and could be heard for miles!!
