My garage went down unexpectedly. I contacted Precision and they responded to my home in less than 3 hours. Travis Behn & his partner Kaleb located the issue and were very knowledgeable. Sheridan came to “tune up” our aging garage door earlier today. It is old, had a serious sag, and could be heard for miles!! Prior Customer. This was a repair fix for code 4-6. Salvador the Precision Technician came out and had the problem isolated and fixed in 30 minutes. Turned out a loose wire on the opener was the culprit. While here he also lubricated the door rollers and drive. Very professional and courteous. Thank You Salvador!
