The lady setting up the appointment was very professional. They were able to come out within 3 to 4 hours of my calling. Carlos was our technician. He was professional, courteous and went above and beyond what was expected of him. As far as I'm concerned, I'd like him to be the one to help us everytime. I almost stopped using Precision and am glad I didn't change. I have been using your company for decades. Seems like the pricing is really high, but so was the quality service.

This morning went to open my garage door notice it open about a 2 feet stopped and closed with a error code. I notice one spring had broken and I quickly called Precision doors, since I used them in the past to align my garage door. They came out in about 2 hours and installed new springs and rolls in about a hour. I am very happy with the response and service.

We made a wrong decision of choosing this company. The service maybe good but excessive charge compare to anywhere else. We were charged almost the same as brand new garage door for a small job. I really regret that I chose precision garage door repair.

My garage door spring broke. Antonio Mendoza arrived within the time frame. He examined my garage door and located some other things that were going to be a problem in the near future. He showed me the problems and explained the damage and consequences of not repairing these other problems. He was able to repair all of the problems at a reasonable price and within an hour or so. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

We recently had repair work performed by Travis and a trainee. He worked closely with the trainee to diagnose the problem and explain the issue with me. He gave me different options and based on the timing of the last repair/replacement, we decided to fix what was broken and also replace the spring and rollers. Even though it was quite expensive, I feel that my garage door will be in great shape for many years. I really appreciate honest, high quality workmanship which I felt I received. Travis was able to come out the same day and even show up early.
