Sheridan arrived promptly, did a full inspection of the system and offered many options for service. I initially opted for a more budget friendly service, which Sheridan promptly initiated. After consulting with the boss, which she pointed out the importance of a safe installation, of a major security feature of the house was our priority, we opted to get all the recommendations done. Sheridan completed all the work within the hour, made sure I understood my invoice and how completing all the work would save us money in the long run. He showed me all the parts he replaced and we tested the garage door before he left. He didn’t leave a mess and was respectful of our house and all the COVID / Social distancing protocols while working. This is our first home so there was some sticker shock but overall from start to finish, from calling after hours and getting a person (Derek) to book us, to Sheridan arriving on Labor Day and getting the work done, their professionalism and service is worth it.

I was reading my daily East Bay Times when I came across a full page ad from Precision door service and liked their intro. price for an inspection of my two garage doors. The person who performed the service, James W. , was very professional and really knew his garage doors and openers. Would use the Company again in a heartbeat!! Dan Denis Brentwood summerset 11. Our garage door broke and we were told by one company we needed to replace the door. We called Precision and the door was repaired inexpensively. Today our other garage door came off its track and Precision came and educated us on the "eye beam" and the 10 clicks if it's an eye problem versus no clicks if the door is prevented from closing. I can't speak highly enough for the two representatives that we've had through Precision. They are our go to for our garage door problems in the future.

I called Precision this morning and explained my garage door problems. Jerry the technician arrived a little more than an hour and figured out my problem and also advised me of some other issues after inspecting the garage door. Very responsive to my situation. Had someone at our home within an hour. Jerry Parker was our technician and he did a professional efficient and awesome job! I want to express to the company and the installers employees that I had the best experience ever!! please give to Larry 10 stars , that help me with his first consultation on 8/1/2020 he is courteous, friendly and the patience the explain every detail. please send Larry again because I want to do my second garage. I have a 2 garage and I only did one because I was concern about the final look. Im very impressed with the quality of the door . please call me tomorrow to set up another appointment to do the second garage door, I was thinking to close it and make a wall but after I talk to my neighbors and saw the result , I can't wait to do the second door.
