Just had a garage door opener installed by Caleb Winchester. at Precision Garage Caleb was very patient and took extra time to describe the process, costs, and features. I appreciated his professionalism and friendly personality. I called Precision Garage after a failed experiment at hiring someone through Lowes to install a garage door I'd purchased from them. My experience with Caleb was a night/day difference from the Lowes guy, and I wish I'd called Precision Garage first. THANK YOU!

I received repair service from Paolino in Hayward to replace a broken part on my door that set the limit for opening and closing. In addition the he lubricated all moving parts and tuned the motor. I did not understand all the charges on my invoice amounting to $434.90, so called Precision's problem solving number to talk with Miles. He said there was a refund due me of $69.95 for the service call itself. After several conversations, the refund was processed and I was notified of it. Miles worked to resolve this successfully for me. It's a good idea to call the post service number to resolve any question about the invoice charges, since they may not always be accurate..

Jose was our technician today. He was very polite and patient with us. We had called Precision to get a 2nd opinion on a non-working keypad. Jose confirmed it was dead and it actually fell apart in his hands. He also noticed a wheel that had come out of the track and the ring holding it to the door. He fixed that too and now everything is working great! This is our second time working with Precision Garage Door and the second time we have been extremely pleased with their attention to details, their work, and their price!

I’ve used precision twice and both times the outcome was very satisfying and they do a great job installing garage door systems. This time around I had them install a new motor with belt track new spring garage door wheels and new sensors took the technician about four hours, but the price was valuable. Very quality. Very high-tech motor with LED lighting very quiet and it makes a lot of sense to me! It’s a great company. I’d recommend these guys over anybody! Thanks precision door great job!

As promised by the scheduler, Rod, our repair technician called prior to his arrival. Once he was on the scene, he was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns then conducted a thorough inspection of the garage door and accessories before making a diagnosis and recommending a solution. After installing a new keypad and remote he patiently worked through some electronic and coding issues. Only after I felt assured that the problem was completely resolved, did he depart. I never got the sense that he was rushing through my work order to move onto the next job, before the current job was complete! Rod exceeded our expectations! Great work! Thanks again!
