Used their chat feature to describe the problem and schedule an appointment. Our garage door was not closing and the sensors were malfunctioning. The person scheduled the appointment for the next day with a follow-up email. The technician, Chewy Flanagan, arrived within the window scheduled, calling a half an hour before arrival. He listened to the problem and suggested some solutions but when he was at our house the garage door worked perfectly. A few hours after he left the garage door stopped working again so I called and set up another appointment for the next day. Mr. Flanagan returned and diagnosed the problem. He provided a temporary fix and suggested a few solutions to fix the problem. He was prompt and courteous in our interactions and was detailed in his explanations. We will definitely continue to use Precision Door Service for any future problems with our garage doors. From the chat feature to the phone call to the technician, all correspondence was too notch.

I was able to get same-day service when our garage door wouldn't completely close. The technician showed me what the issue was, which was different from what I'd thought. He fixed the problem, and added extra support for the door. He also upgraded the wheels on the roller track to move more smoothly and oiled all of the hinges on the door. He was in and out in 40 minutes, and did a beautiful job. I heartily recommend Precision for door installation--they installed the door originally, as well as the repair service.

I had my garage door assessed (supposed to be annually) for $59. It hadn’t been checked in years and been wanting to lube it because it was getting loud. I called Precision Garage who installed my spring and tech (Paulino) honestly said it still had about 7-8 years to go. What he did solve was the noise by replacing the rollers with best on the market ones that have sealed lubed ball bearings in a nylon casing. Noise level dropped and less strain on the motor. He also swapped out the rubber seal which I don’t think I ever changed but has been a concern because I have our EV charger cable run underneath it. Excellent service, top quality parts, Paulino is a master technician who really knows garage doors!

At first I went with another garage door company, but was not completely satisfied. I called Precision and they sent Bashir to help us. He explained all of the various elements of a garage door system to me, very patiently. He pointed out several things that I never would have figured out on my own. Ultimately, he was able to get the door fixed and in the process, he educated us on what to expect going forward. I learned a lot about the motor, the springs, the tracks, the rail, the belt and the sensors. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. In addition, he saved us some money.

I called Precision Garage Door and they came out within a few hours. They sent a gentleman named Bachir Gharbi who was prompt, respectful and very knowlegable. He inspected and lubricated the door. He advised me on some issues that may have to be addressed in the future. When that time comes, I will definitely call Bachir. The reason for only 4 stars is that my garage door opener is an older model and he was unable to make any adjustments.

Precision Garage Door has been the ONLY company we have dealt with concerning garage door. They have always been there when we have needed them. I received repair service from Paolino in Hayward to replace a broken part on my door that set the limit for opening and closing. In addition the he lubricated all moving parts and tuned the motor. I did not understand all the charges on my invoice amounting to $434.90, so called Precision's problem solving number to talk with Miles. He said there was a refund due me of $69.95 for the service call itself. After several conversations, the refund was processed and I was notified of it. Miles worked to resolve this successfully for me. It's a good idea to call the post service number to resolve any question about the invoice charges, since they may not always be accurate..

Jose was our technician today. He was very polite and patient with us. We had called Precision to get a 2nd opinion on a non-working keypad. Jose confirmed it was dead and it actually fell apart in his hands. He also noticed a wheel that had come out of the track and the ring holding it to the door. He fixed that too and now everything is working great! This is our second time working with Precision Garage Door and the second time we have been extremely pleased with their attention to details, their work, and their price!

I’ve used precision twice and both times the outcome was very satisfying and they do a great job installing garage door systems. This time around I had them install a new motor with belt track new spring garage door wheels and new sensors took the technician about four hours, but the price was valuable. Very quality. Very high-tech motor with LED lighting very quiet and it makes a lot of sense to me! It’s a great company. I’d recommend these guys over anybody! Thanks precision door great job!
