Ryan went out of his way to figure out a way to fix my garage door so that it was safe to open and close safely. I asked him to disconnect the power to the door so that my tenant could not accidentally try to open the door via the power switch. My tenant can now open the door safely by using the handle and close and lock via a slide lock.
Ryan was very helpful and explained every step of the way what my options were.
Precision Garage Door will be my go-to for any future garage door needs, on my rental and on my own home.
