Precision Garage Door Service responded almost immediately to my online request for service. Joel arrived within an hour and was courteous and professional. He installed new springs, cables, plates, drums and bearing rollers. Joel also tightened up some bolts on the door and adjusted the chain on my garage door opener. Everything was completed in under two hours!

Amazing company. From the customer service who was professional, pleasant and was able to fit me a same day appt., to the technician Joel that called before he was going to arrive, I couldn't have asked for a more professional service. Our 20 yr + Liftmaster started having issues a couple of days prior but was able to get it to work eventually until last evening. I couldn't get the door to stay down. In the past whenever this would happen it typically was due to a windy day when a cover we have hanging in just inside our garage door would trigger the sensor to think something was in the way. However yesterday I did look to see that this wasn't the issue, albeit it was a windy evening. Of course when Joel came, the door closed without incident. After investigating, he mentioned it may be the motherboard given the age of the Liftmaster. I love how Joel throughly investigated what may be the cause, thinking outside of the box. He listened intently to my description of what was happening and answered all my inquisitive questions about the system. He did find three hinges that were cracked so had him replace those and do a maintenance check since we never oiled the hinges. After the maintenance,the door was very quiet and worked like a fine well oiled machine. Given after many attempts of opening and closing the door without any hiccups, I decided to forego replacing the Liftmaster but he was nice enough to email me the quotes for the new system. I couldn't have asked for a nice technician to come out. Very knowledge, friendly and professional.

I was able to receive quick and convenient same day service. Technician Joel was professional & outstanding in every way. I do feel the parts were highly inflated in price especially the rods & springs, brackets. But I decided I am still very happy with the high quality repairs and the attention to the overall function of the door system which is important for longevity.

Great service all the way around, was here 2 hours after I called. Both cables broke, spring was bad & two wheels popped off. Joel’s service & knowledge was the best, I highly recommend

Joel came out and serviced our 13 year old garage door. It runs like new. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of what was needed. He replaced cables, rollers , and bottom brackets. He even helped me program the care remote that I was having trouble doing. He took about an hour and went through everything. Thanks Joel for getting us back on track. Literally!
