Precision Garage did my brother’s garage install and I was impressed. So when I needed my torsion springs replaced, it was a no brainer to have Precision do the work. I went online the night before and was scheduled between 8am - 12pm the next day for the repair. On the day of the install, Carlos the technician called me and said that he was on his way. Carlos arrived at my property around 9am and greeted me with a big smile. He asked me what I needed repaired and assessed the work to be done. He gave me a fair quote for the repair and immediately went to work. Carlos completed the work in no time and had my garage working again. I highly recommend Precision for your garage needs. The technician service is nice and everything but, the cost of service and materials are too high (for a senior without job like me.) The discounts is ok but still, the base cost is too high. Other companies are estimating from $1500-1800 only. I paid $2127.00 just to replace the parts. Price could have been better.

10/25/24 Precision repair Martin 16 x 8 door with Lift Master. Problem door opens 2 feet stops if you close it and opens again it goes full open. Also when disconnect from LM door is way to heavy to lift by hand. Precision Tech troubleshoots finds wrong weight torsion springs and not Martin springs. Correct torsion srings installed. Also replace worn bearing and track rollers. Door works correctly with Lift Master and by hand. Approx time 2 hours fair price same day. Very impressed with Tech. I do DIY stuff but would never figured wrong lifting weight torsion springs. Tech did an excellent job.

I had a new LiftMaster garage door opener installed by Patrick Leahy and Breashear. I was impressed by the overall level of service. They provided an extensive inspection of my garage door unit, and gave recommendations as to how to maximize the life and efficiency of the door. I liked that they were prompt, courteous, explained the different pricing options, and left the garage work area clean. I would not hesitate to contact Precision in the future if a need arises. They do excellent work!

No you did not meet my expectations with Travis this time, Travis replaced the rollers when he was here before, but the rollers need to be adjusted, something is pulling the wood from around the garage door frame. Travis said the rollers were in their place and could not see anything wrong, he could not fix what he could not see, clearly there is something going on. Other that that I am still happy with precision.

HORRIBLE Customer service!!! They did not show up the committed time and did not notify me. They were scheduled to come between 12-4 pm and they did not show up until 530 pm. It's a day before Thanksgiving and ruined my plans because they're not reliable and respectable company. I do not recommend this company!
