At first I went with another garage door company, but was not completely satisfied. I called Precision and they sent Bashir to help us. He explained all of the various elements of a garage door system to me, very patiently. He pointed out several things that I never would have figured out on my own. Ultimately, he was able to get the door fixed and in the process, he educated us on what to expect going forward. I learned a lot about the motor, the springs, the tracks, the rail, the belt and the sensors. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. In addition, he saved us some money.

I called Precision Garage Door and they came out within a few hours. They sent a gentleman named Bachir Gharbi who was prompt, respectful and very knowlegable. He inspected and lubricated the door. He advised me on some issues that may have to be addressed in the future. When that time comes, I will definitely call Bachir. The reason for only 4 stars is that my garage door opener is an older model and he was unable to make any adjustments.

I received repair service from Paolino in Hayward to replace a broken part on my door that set the limit for opening and closing. In addition the he lubricated all moving parts and tuned the motor. I did not understand all the charges on my invoice amounting to $434.90, so called Precision's problem solving number to talk with Miles. He said there was a refund due me of $69.95 for the service call itself. After several conversations, the refund was processed and I was notified of it. Miles worked to resolve this successfully for me. It's a good idea to call the post service number to resolve any question about the invoice charges, since they may not always be accurate..

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and I was given a four hour window for servic. Brandon, the tech, called about 15 mnutes before arriving. He quickly assessed the problems we were experiencing with the garage door opener and we discussed various options. I opted to go with a new opener as the old one was almost 15 years old and was not up to current codes for a battery backup. He did the install quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing. Brandon is an excellent representative for Precision Garage Door Service.

Today I had my garage door serviced by Precison. The engineer was on time as promised. He did an assessment of my garage door, the automatic opener and parts. The assessment was through, all aspects of the assessment were explained to me. Once I decided what work would be done, the work started right away. New rollers, new spring, new cables, and a new garage door opener was installed within 2 hours. I am so happy with this service. I needed my spring replaced. Te door from the beginning never worked correctly. Paulino told me I was supposed to have 2 springs and he said I needed new rollers. We replaced them and now I have a quiet smooth garage.
