Today we had Precision Garage repair service come to repair our garage door. The tech, Rodney Farmer, came and evaluated the problem and fixed the problem which the tech from the other company caused. Rodney really cared about what he was doing and found the screw which was put in the wrong way and caused our garage to almost tip off the tracks. The damage was severe but Rodney removed the damage and fixed the entire system and now it sounds like a brand new door. I am going to tell my neighbors to call Precision and ask for Rodney when they need garage repairs or replacement.

We called Precision because we received excellent repair service before. Unfortunately, the service this time was very poor. We were especially disappointed with the technician's behavior. We found him to be disrespectful for several reasons: 1) The tech continued a personal phone call when he came into our garage and did not greet us in a professional manner. 3) During repair, we heard several parts being dropped on garage floor! 4) Greasy finger prints were visible in a couple of places on our white garage door. The tech was there for about 15-20 minutes from start to finish and charged around $1100. The garage door was repaired but his work was sloppy and we were overcharged. We believe the charge was not commensurate with the work that was done.

Overall experience was good. Super pricey for the amount of work that was done. 20 minutes worth of work for $350 ????. The assistant was great. He did most of the work while the main guy supervised. Wish I had more time to shop around for a better price.

I wasn't satisfied with the service, because the service person said he cannot look into the opener as it does not have battery backup. I insisted him to at least open and see and let me know what the issue was let alone fixing it. If I was asking to install a new opener and it didn't have battery backup that makes sense to not work on it, but to repair the existing one I was told it couldn't be done. Mine was detached garage, so it could have been given consideration without the battery backup model. The service visit was of no use and I paid $70 compared to the $49.95 advertised in the newspaper. When I called back to set an appointment to install a new opener that I purchased, I was told that 3rd party openers will not be installed and only the openers sold by precision garage door service will be installed. I didn't have a good experience. I selected your service based on a neighbor referral. They bought an opener and got it installed but for me that type of service was refused. Please provide the service worth the service charge.

The garage door repair and service I received on November 17, 2021 was outstanding and Im a very satisfied customer. My garage door became inoperable due to a broken spring and other worn hardware. The garage door was 7 years old and had not been maintained. The service technician explained the problem, my options, and then he was able to replace the the broken, as well as the worn parts. He also adjusted and lubricated the chain on the automatic garage door opener. All the work was completed in 2 hours. He also applied lubricant to an adjacent garage door. Best of all, I could get my parked care out of the garage. The service provided was above and beyond!

We emailed about a new garage door we needed. I got a return call with in a half hour, the appointment was made for the rep to come out and quote us. He was on time, nice and knew what he was selling. My only issue was the wait for the new door about 2 months, but that is on me. I just wanted our new garage complete :). It was well worth the wait. We got the call that the door was ready for installation and the appointment was made. The service techs who installed our door were amazing. They installed the door and showed us the ins and outs. They cleaned up after themselves. We would have not know that they had been there if it wasn't for the new door. Which is exactly what we wanted. It is beautiful.
