Precision installed my garage door and opener 4 years ago. I have had a few problems with it, however, I do credit the service given to me for repairs. Not happy with some of the performance of the product but the Techs have been fantastic. Very timely on arriving to my home as well as informative and professional. Just yesterday Patrick assisted me on a repair. He was meticulous in his review of potential problem and very thorough in all the explanations he gave me. I trust that the repair will work. Travis was absolutely incredible. I had been putting off dealing with my garage door system for a long time and it finally just gave us so much trouble that we had to do something. I booked an appointment online with Precision. Travis let me know by phone and text when he would arrive, which was exactly within the time given. He took a lot of time to review the situation and go over it with me. I figured I'd have to make another appointment to implement the fixes he recommended but he said he had everything he needed, including a new motor (!), with him and could do it now. He spent the next hours painstakingly putting the new system in place and then walked me through all the things I needed to know. Travis was a true professional in every sense of the word and did a fantastic job. I'd recommend him and Precision wholeheartedly. Thank you!

The thing I liked best was a less than 1 minute wait time on the phone before getting through. Then the appointment was next day, the fellow showed up within the window, and fixed the problem for a reasonable price right then and there. He even had a second opener to replace one that I've lost.

I placed a call to Precision for a service visit on Monday. I received confirmation a technician would arrive Tuesday between 4-6Pp. Paul B arrived at 4:30p. We discussed my garage door situation. Paul listened, and presented me with 3 options and associated quotes. I selected one and asked when we could start. Paul said immediately. He had with him on the truck all the parts needed for my job. He let me know when he expected to finish, kept me informed along the way, and completed all the work on time. It is always nice that a company can come do an important repair within a couple hours of calling them! Tim, our repair expert, could not have been any more friendly. My initial call was handled quickly and a time provided for a technician to look at my problem. The technician arrived on time at about 4PM on a Saturday afternoon. His name was James and he did a remarkable job in about 1.5 hours of rebuilding springs and bearings and getting the door operating better than before. Additionally he delineated some improvements that would get it working even better in the future which I will likely do.
