I called them at noon to request a quote on replacing the rubber seal under my garage door. Two hours later, two techs arrived and provided me an instant quote and repaired the issue and replaced the old worn out rubber seal and frame. Jose and Anthony were incredibly attentive and thorough with their work, and tripled checked everything to make sure our door was perfectly sealed and closed smoothly. Thank you so much!!

Caleb from Precision Garage Door Service provided fast, excellent, and incredibly polite service. He arrived exactly on time, fixed my door, and replaced my opener perfectly. I also appreciated the veterans discount. The only downside was the cost. I needed a quick fix and didn't shop around, but I later realized their pricing is definitely on the high end, even after the discount. Overall, Caleb did fantastic work, but be prepared for premium pricing.

I had a fantastic experience with Bachir Gharbi from Precision Garage Door. He did an outstanding job tuning up my garage door and truly went above and beyond. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable, skillful, and informative Bachir was. As he worked, he took the time to walk me through what he was doing and, more importantly, why he was doing it. He explained why regular garage door tune-ups are important, the expected lifespan and condition of the rollers and other components, and how the garage door opener and overall system work together. I especially appreciated the way Bachir educated me without ever being condescending or overly technical. He was patient, professional, and clearly takes pride in both his work and helping customers understand how to properly maintain their garage doors. The difference after his service was immediately noticeable—I can actually hear how much smoother and quieter my garage door is when opening and closing! Bachir Gharbi went above and beyond what I expected from a service call. His professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are greatly appreciated. Thank you very much, Bachir, for a job exceptionally well done! I highly recommend him.

Paul came out fixed our garage; replaced cables, 2 bearings. Not sure how he managed to wrestle in back into place given that it was jammed at an angle but he managed it and was polite, candid.
