We recently had Precision come to look at our issue with our garage. Precision's rep, Bachir Gharbi, was assigned to diagnose the problem. We had wonderful experience with Bachir as he quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution and quote for the repair. While the cost was more than expected, Bachir made our experience worthwhile. The repair was done a few days later after parts were received. Bachir was able to repair our door timely. We highly recommend Precision expecially Bachir.
