I recommend them highly. Mario was excellent at repairing my broken sping and everything on the garage door. I appreciate him coming out at a moments notice and making time to repair my door. Made appointment ez enuff! Was told 1st visit for estimate! Caleb called that morning with est arrival time then he and Austin arrived at that time!! listened attentively to my problem. Caleb said he would work up my problem and provide an est. Within 15 to 20 minutes he did so and made some simple adjustments and resolved my problem!! The est was thorough and Caleb informed me of options to address potential future problems!! No pressure to buy or commit to any of the options!! All for a very reasonably priced service call and was given a discount due to special being run at the time! Definitely will refer!!

The technician was good. I am not sure I can say the same about the representative over the phone. I asked what was the price range and she told me around 500 bucks and I ended up spending $1,500. Not going to complain about that so much but maybe you're Representatives should not give out prices over the phone even price ranges. Again it wasn't a terrible experience but three times the amount I was quoted not good!. I know she was trying to be helpful but don't give me a price and triple it.

Salvador Alvarez, technician came to fix the broken spring. He replaced both springs and also replaced the worn out cables on the other door. He performed the repair and installation work very professionally and efficiently. He also did the tune up and other work as needed. All the work was performed to my complete satisfaction.

An all around excellent experience with a very professional company. Better than that …our technician Aaron Butcher is highly experienced and is wonderful to work with. He explained every detail about our new garage door opener and springs. He was very honest and communicated clearly with us about how to maintain our new opener and when to service the unit and garage door parts. He further was patient with us and was very clear with the options we had and the costs involved. Despite the conditions of 110 degrees in our garage he was methodical in installing our unit. Very fair pricing and new factory parts. My wife and I are very pleased with Precision and their terrific employee Aaron Butcher. Precision is now our go to garage repair company and we highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs. Thank you and 5 STARS
