My garage door popped a spring and we were unable to get our cars out without manually lifting the very heavy wood panel door. I called several local garage door companies and left a message without a return response. A friend mentioned he had heard good things about Precision Garage repair, so I placed a call to them and got a live person instead of a recording. The pleasant gentleman who answered the phone stated someone would be out the next morning which is what I was hoping for. Our job was assigned to Carlos, who I found to be extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He is a real pro and we are delighted with the service we received.

I used Precision for my mother in laws home more than 14 years ago for a broken torsion spring. I believe it was still a young company at the time but I was not disappointed. Recently my house garage spring broke and I called Precision again and the receptionist on the phone was polite and professional and I had a technician come in the same day to fix my garage door. I had all torsion springs replaced and new garage openers with new rails installed by technician Carlos Yow, who was courteous, polite, professional and thorough in his work and his explanations of any questions or concerns. An employee such as Carlos for a company really adds value to the customer and no doubly for a company’s image. Good job Carlos and Precession!

I was fortunate to have had my garage motor replaced in 2017 by Precision, suddenly I felt vulnerable when the motor failed and pulled the panels off-track. One call to Precision and I received quick response to repair it. Yesterday I needed a consultation after I replaced the door's weatherstripping and I relied on Precision to assist. Within 24 hours, tech Paul Brinkman arrived, assessed the situation and also found 2 cracked hinges(rollers). He replaced them quickly and lubed the motor track. Paul competently and patiently answered all my questions and left me confidently knowledgeable on how to maintain my door.
