Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly late at night, but Precision not only answered the call, they also got someone to repair it for that very morning. Patrick Leahy was our technician, and he did a great job of analyzing the issue and discussing possible repairs/improvements we could make to our door. He did a great job and fixed it quickly!

I've used Precision in the past and have always been very satisfied with their work. Today my tech was Antonio and he was friendly, competent and very professional. He took his time to explain everything to me and gave me a detailed price breakdown. He worked his magic and voila, my garage door is just like new! Precision took my call right away and offered to have a tech come out same-day to repair my garage door. Antonio showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and friendly. He clearly knew what he was doing and explained everything to me as he replaced parts and fixed my door. It was not cheap, but the saying "you get what you pay for" exists for a reason. Great work ... and even better customer service.

The service I experienced from Precision Overhead Garage Door was as good as service can be. I called for an estimate and got the estimate in same day and in same day a major modification and door system rebuild. Paul the Service person delivered customer service as a high level expert by estimating and installation performance. I am a Facility manager and highly knowledgeable on vendor and service delivery. Precision Overhead Door perhaps is grouped Best In Class. This will be my garage door service vendor.

I needed a new garage door opener. Precision gave me accurate price information on the phone and came out the next day to install one. My installation required a little more effort than "standard" which they handled without complaint (or extra charge). Gabiriel V and Joel J did a great job and were really helpful and personable.

Our house was built back in 1999. Since then, we've replaced the motor (from chain drive to belt drive) and the spring back in 2014. Our garage door had a mishap where 2 of the wheels on the rail came off causing one side of the door to dangle. We had Precision's number saved just in case we ever needed help and we needed help yesterday. I called around 6:30am, waited a few minutes then a live person came on. She took our info and then gave us a window as to when to expect their technician and that the tech will contact me with his ETA. Tech called and said his ETA is 45 mins. Pablito showed up as expected, looked at the issue and gave his recommendation. All the wheels were worned out (which was expected due to age) needed replacement. I ended up replacing the wheels, pulleys, cable and spring. All in all, it took about an hour to replace all parts and properly aligned the door. Garage door is a lot quieter now. I as give a very reasonable price and 3 years warranty on the job. Great job Pablito and thank you Precision.

Thank you for your fast attention to my problem. The roll-up garage door had come off its tract due to an accident with my car and needed to be put back in place. I feel I was overcharged ($1549) for what I needed, but being under duress I paid it. The door spring was not broken but I could not certify when I last had them replaced I had to purchase new ones. All this said, I still thank you for being there when I needed the service.

Our garage door wouldn't want to open one day and it was very heavy. I did some online research and came to find out our springs gave out! We didn't know where to start so we researched online and came across Precision Door Services. Hector arrived on time and was able to get us a great deal.
