I had the greatest customer service everything was wonderful. .in theses pandemic days I’ve got use to work that has been unsatisfactory but with precision door everything was spectacular..the great man that fixed my garage should get a promotion he was great..thank all of you.

We had a broken spring and they came out same day. The technician went over all the work in the estimate, completed the work within an hour, and left the door running smoother than it had in years. Really great job.

Appreciate that they could come the same night. But think if I had called around and waited until the next day, I could have saved about $25 on the repair.

Rogers, Glad your door is working well. I agree with you, if you called 10 companies you may have found someone who would do a job for $25 less. However, I would question whether they use springs that are near the quality of our powder coated, oil tempered high cycle springs. Not sure they would give you a long term warranty like ours.
