I came home around 12:00pm on a Monday and my garage door would not close. I called Precision and had an appt. within 2 hours. The technician was Parampreet Singh and he was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. He gave me a few options to consider before I chose a new garage door opener and rail system. The installation was completed within an hour, and he even programmed the door opener in my vehicle. I called Precision based on the commercials I had seen on TV. Everything they advertised was spot on from the professional phone service through installation. I highly recommend them for any needed repair or new door installation.

Service was performed in a professional way. The big problem for me was the very high cost. Over $2,000 for 2 springs and an hours worth of work seems outrageous. I am of the opinion they take advantage of people’s need for a functioning garage door.

Travis come out right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem we were having and provided different options. Ultimately we choose to have him repair/replace the springs/coils lifting the garage door and replace the garage door opener with a new and better piece of equipment. My garage door has been making popping/banging sounds when closing. Called Precision GD and was able to get service the same day....what a relief. Paul arrived on time; assessed the issues (many by the way); then proceeded to work to replace..rollers, Liftmaster door opener, a few hinges and cable. So happy to have a QUIET, smooth door with battery backup and best of all, a motion detector to turn on my garage light! Highly recommend Precision GD to anyone needing help with their garage door. I called late Tuesday afternoon and was able to have a technician out the next day. The process of scheduling was very smooth and was followed up with an email confirming the appointment time. Sheridan Abad was the Tech and he immediately confirmed we had a broken spring. He had to replace both springs and some bearings. I thought the overall price was a little steep. The quality of the work was excellent and was efficient. I had called the company who had installed the door and the soonest they could come was in a week due to the Thanksgiving holiday. This was not acceptable since we had to get into the garage and the only way in was through the broken door. I would recommend Precision for prompt quality service. The fact that Sheridan is a Rotarian made the experience even better.

Currently I am overseas on Business and was not there to coordinate with the service person. I am satisfied with the promptness of the service however disappointed that my wife was not offered the 3 year warranty. Nor was she shown the "Best" as indicated in the email I received. Only difference I saw was the warranty length and an additional cable The price of the replacement battery started out at $155 which is a pretty big mark-up as I can purchase myself for $49. My indicated the service guy said he reduced the price by 50% but still a high price in my opinion. More disappointed with not having the 3 year warranty than anything else. My 5 year warranty on the original repair in 2015 had just expired on June 27 and would have liked to seen a new 5 year warranty offered.

After three different estimates I decided that this is not the company for me. Why not give me the best price first, instead of changing it after I said the first two estimates were too much? So I lost $50 and now have to get another company to come out. Not happy.

Precision is great! They were able to come out very quickly to repair the garage door. I didn't want to have to park our cars outside for a few days waiting for the garage door repair person. The person I spoke to over the phone when I called to make an appointment was very nice and knew her business. She said that someone would be out later that day and he was. Precision's repairman was Blake and he was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very fast. He saw the problem very quickly, gave me an estimate, said it would take an hour. it took about 50 minutes. Besides fixing the problem, he also inspected the door and all its parts to be sure everything was OK. I am very happy with Precision and their staff.
