I called Precision Garage Door from a TV ad and had a return call from Moran Criveano, a sales agent w/in 5 min. She came to our home and made a presentation of their product and its benefits, and took the time necessary time to make sure I understood the answers. I told her we were repainting our entire home and cost would certainly be a factor. She didn't bat an eye but doubled down on all of the benefits. I didn't know the price yet but wrote down a number with which I could be happy. I asked her to do the same. She said she couldn't sell for what I had written down, but she also didn't quit trying to get to a # on which we might agree. We did, and because I didn't cheapen the door by choosing inferior parts I now have a whisper quiet, beautiful door w/ a life-time warranty waiting for the rain to leave so I can get it painted by a co. that also gives a life-time warranty on their paint job. - - - - - if you work w/Moran, you won't be disappointed - - - - - I've been in real estate sales for more than 55 years and know a good salesperson when I see one!

You guys (and Kate who took my call) are the best! We came home from a trip yesterday to find that one of our garage doors (2 years old!) was not functioning. Everything else in the garage was working as was the other garage door. After having seen your ads many times on Channel 2 I knew who I was going to call, so I put myself in front of the tv with pen and paper in hand and almost immediately there was your ad. I wrote down the number and called (8:45ish am). Kate answered my call, collected my details and sent a technician out who arrived less than one hour later! We were amazed. He was professional, personable and ready for the task. An hour later we were "back in business! So happy with your service, I'll highly recommend you to anyone who asks.

Precision installed my garage door and opener 4 years ago. I have had a few problems with it, however, I do credit the service given to me for repairs. Not happy with some of the performance of the product but the Techs have been fantastic. Very timely on arriving to my home as well as informative and professional. Travis was absolutely incredible. I had been putting off dealing with my garage door system for a long time and it finally just gave us so much trouble that we had to do something. I booked an appointment online with Precision. Travis let me know by phone and text when he would arrive, which was exactly within the time given. He took a lot of time to review the situation and go over it with me. I figured I'd have to make another appointment to implement the fixes he recommended but he said he had everything he needed, including a new motor (!), with him and could do it now. He spent the next hours painstakingly putting the new system in place and then walked me through all the things I needed to know. Travis was a true professional in every sense of the word and did a fantastic job. I'd recommend him and Precision wholeheartedly. Thank you!

The thing I liked best was a less than 1 minute wait time on the phone before getting through. Then the appointment was next day, the fellow showed up within the window, and fixed the problem for a reasonable price right then and there. He even had a second opener to replace one that I've lost.

These people are crooks. My 80 year old mother with dementia called them to reprogram her garage door openers. A job that takes about 30 seconds for each door opener, she had two. They charged her over $200 to do this! Do not use these crooks. They take advantage of old people with dementia. Very rude.

I was very pleased with the process from first call to completion of the project. Mario called about 25 minutes before he arrived, so I was ready for him to begin his assessment. No wasted time waiting and wondering. He quickly determined the best opener and other repairs to get the door working as it should.
