Sheridan (spelling ?) and his assistant Ron did a nice job of explaining of what needed to be done and was able to have a new motor and key pad installed in less than a hour. They both were great.

Would not recommend using this company again. Very overpriced! Technician was hard-working and competent but pricing was way too high. Circumstances prevented me from using my preferred vendor and I was stuck with my car trapped in the garage. I was charged 400X my preferred vendor's bid for same scope of work. I can understand a modest up-charge for quick service (which I appreciated) but 300% is over the top!

There is simply no other garage door firm in the Bay Area to even consider. These guys at Precision Garage Door are ALWAYS the best. Bachir Gharbi was very helpfull breaking down options for replacement phases for my door opener, springs, and other parts of the system. His work was done in very timely manner. He did a good job with final safety test demostration and the setup of the smart controller. I was in a bind and was quoted $3,000 to replace my spring and installed some hardware. I don’t believe I’ve spent $3,000 combined for every service performed on my garage door. This is price gouging. Total service time was about 90 minutes. Very disappointed to say the least.

Outstanding service. Within 30 minutes of making an appointment, Sheridan Abad, the Technician showed up and replaced the broken spring and other assorted parts that were worn out. Spent about two hours to complete the job. Service couldn't have been better.

Called Contra Costa Door (original installer) to fix broken spring on 25 year old garage door. To my surprise I was connected to Precision Garage Door. The person I talked to set up a convenient time for me to have a technician repair my door. Approximately 20 minutes before my appointment, Carlos called me and told me that he was on his way. When he arrived (on time!) he scoped out the problems and explained to me the what repairs were needed and different options for repair/service and a separate cost estimate for each option. I chose the service that I wanted and within an hour or so, the job was completed and done right! Thanks to Carlos for his skills and his professionalism. Carlos was very courteous and represents Precision well. Good work ain't cheap, but cheap work ain't always good. Carlos did good work!

It feels like this company is practicing the price grabbing or bait/switch. When I called, the office person only informed the service charge of 69.95. When the technician came, there was a minimal labor cost of 89.95 in addition to the service charge. I called the office and only got pushed back saying the office does not know the labor cost and it will ONLY be determined by the technician. Surprising, surprising....

Great experience. I had a broken spring and called Precision, someone answered took my information and 3 hours later, James arrived. He gave me a quote and an hour later he finished replacing both springs and upgraded my old rollers. My garage door never worked or sounded better! Professional, on time and quality work. Precision Garage Door is my go to company for any garage service I need. Patrick Leahy was great. Quickly looked at all the moving parts of my garage door and determined there was more than 1 problem with my 22 year old door and opener. He explained everything and showed me the problems. Within 3 hours he replaced the opener, the coils and the springs and fully lubricated the rails and hinges. His trainee Raoul was really good too. Super impressed with both of them. They were very friendly and patient as I asked several questions while they were here. I am so happy with my door now, way less noisy and really smooth as it goes up and down. I also really like that Precision answered their phone late on Friday night of Christmas weekend and the techs came first thing Monday morning. Strongly recommend Patrick and Raoul and Precision.

Very professional - starting with the ad than ran in Home Concepts - I made the call to Precision Garage Door right after seeing their ad. I was able to talk to a real person Jenniffer at about 8PM - she answered all of my questions and took the time to answer any of my concerns. She set up the appointment for the next day as I requested. My service technician Antonio arrived right on time - during the window of time Jenniffer had given me. He was great to the point and provided me choices before the quote - he was ready to fix or just repair an give me honest answers to whatever I decided to do.

Antonio arrived right when he said he would. He was polite and clearly told me what the problem was. He also did a security check and identified other issues that might need attention. He clearly described the various repair options for me to consider and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to repair. He installed a new drive motor for our door, replaced our worn rollers and wired a new keypad. He did everything in less time than he had estimated. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who has a problem. If you are lucky Antonio will be assigned to your work.
