As promised by the scheduler, Rod, our repair technician called prior to his arrival. Once he was on the scene, he was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns then conducted a thorough inspection of the garage door and accessories before making a diagnosis and recommending a solution. After installing a new keypad and remote he patiently worked through some electronic and coding issues. Only after I felt assured that the problem was completely resolved, did he depart. I never got the sense that he was rushing through my work order to move onto the next job, before the current job was complete! Rod exceeded our expectations! Great work! Thanks again!

I called in the morning and Bachir repaired the same day. Bachir did a very thorough job explaining the repairs he was quoting me and I liked that I actually could choose which repairs I felt were necessary and I could afford. Carlos was excellent. I believe he thought he was walking into a quick 30-minute job because he was only there to correct an issue left by a rodent control company. When he arrived he saw the extent of the work needed and immediately let me know what was going to happen to make the door work properly. he didn't have all the parts so he took a quick trip to pick them up. Knowing I needed to get the garage door functioning as soon as possible, he worked until 7:00 pm. The door works great now Excellent Job!

Can’t recommend this company more! Called them at 1am to book an appointment the same day. The service rep on the phone and the tech that came out was awesome. Paulino and Chris were friendly and experts at their craft. We operate our business out of our garage and our cable system broke causing us to shut down for maintenance. They showed up, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it within 45 minutes. Great experience and highly recommended!

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and I was given a four hour window for servic. Brandon, the tech, called about 15 mnutes before arriving. He quickly assessed the problems we were experiencing with the garage door opener and we discussed various options. I opted to go with a new opener as the old one was almost 15 years old and was not up to current codes for a battery backup. He did the install quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing. Brandon is an excellent representative for Precision Garage Door Service.

Thirty minutes after my holiday guests left, as a winter rain storm approached, I noticed that my garage door would not close. With my long-time home improvement contractor away for the holidays, I was left on my own. I remembered the Precision name as the source of my garage door some years ago, so I called and amazingly, got a same day appointment. My technician, Antonio, arrived at 7:30pm. I was thrilled - at least he could help me manually get my door closed to keep the rain out (LOL)! But Antonio did a lot more than that! He assessed the situation, explaining everything to me in clear, understandable terms, and upon my ok, he worked the details to solve my problem. Although my situation was not a simple fix, Antonio got it ALL done - and told me what I need to do going forward to make sure my garage door continues to function well. Problem solved!
