Thirty minutes after my holiday guests left, as a winter rain storm approached, I noticed that my garage door would not close. With my long-time home improvement contractor away for the holidays, I was left on my own. I remembered the Precision name as the source of my garage door some years ago, so I called and amazingly, got a same day appointment. My technician, Antonio, arrived at 7:30pm. I was thrilled - at least he could help me manually get my door closed to keep the rain out (LOL)! But Antonio did a lot more than that! He assessed the situation, explaining everything to me in clear, understandable terms, and upon my ok, he worked the details to solve my problem. Although my situation was not a simple fix, Antonio got it ALL done - and told me what I need to do going forward to make sure my garage door continues to function well. Problem solved! Antonio was professional, courteous and EFFECTIVE. Thank you so much!

The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door at 7:20 pm and was given an appointment for the next day. James and Nate came and installed a new garage door opener. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door/opener repair.

Very happy with the work done by Precision. I was even happier to have their technician arrive within 2 hours after contacting them. You feel "trapped" when you can't get out of your garage because of a broken spring. The work was done within an hour and a half and while it may have cost more than what I expected it has been quite some time since the last time I had to replace the springs so I think the cost was well worth the price. Thanks for the excellent service and quick response.

Thank you for the emergency repair and install. It was nicely done in a few hours as advertised. I appreciate very much the excellent service from your engineer Alex. He is very hard working with demonstrated skills and knowledge. However, I do have sticker shock because every piece of raw materials (springs, tubes and opener) are at least 2x more expensive than the market. In an emergency situation, customer is usually not in a good bargaining position... Excellent service but heavy mark up has greatly reduced client satisfaction.

I have used Precision Garage Door many times and every time I use them I have a great experience. I called and asked for information regarding a new opener because I was wanting to get the remotes to the opener out of my family cars. But because of the unit I had I could not add the MYQ technology. Called in and the same day Carlos came to my house. He went over the different options of the units that he had and I chose the newer model which was more money but that's ok. You cant put a price on your families security. Carlos installed the opener and did some repairs on my door which were badly needed. Carlos was a 5 star installer and was very professional. He explained the unit and how it works and had me all set up before he left. Thank you Carlos for everything.

A very pleasant man named Travis came out to repair out door. He was knowledgeable, precise and did an exemplary job of explaining everything to us in terms we could understand. Travis worked the entire time he was here, he didn’t waste a second. He was personable,, hardworking, neat and very customer centric. Travis should be cloned and sent out on every job. Joe called that he was in transit and would be arriving in 20 minutes. He was on time and very polite. He immediately went work examining the door to determine cause of failure. He gave me options on things that needed care. Rollers replaced. Lubrication done. He also informed me about maintenance. Reprogrammed door for lift stop. Provided me info regarding motor replacement if needed. I am pleased with service. Again Joe was polite clear with explaining everything. Thanks so much.

One of the springs broke and it was urgent to get it fixed to be able to use the garage and get the cars out. We called and within an hour Tony showed up. The service was great and he completed the work in a good manner, explaining all the technical details. However, we were shocked at the cost of the parts, we checked with family and friends who had similar work done and they were also shocked. I understand parts will be marked up, but for example when a part like Torsion Cable 7' high is charged at $300 when it only retails for in the range of 10 to 25 dollars, it does not feel right. Even though the service was great and I’m sure the quality of work was also good, next time I would look around for other quotes just due to the final cost I had to pay, feels way too high.

My garage unit went out on me. Called Precision and they sent Tony out within a couple of hours. He was on-time, polite, professional and informative. He quickly inspected and presented my options and immediately got to work. He had the unit replaced and installed within an hour. Couldn’t be happier with the overall service from start to finish. Precision technician Mr. Sheridan Abad carefully parked his truck at spot for easy work access and not to block neighbors' driveway. He greet me with courtesy, inspected my garage door, wrote estimate right away and even gave me a good senior discount. They were referred by my neighbor so I was expecting the similar rate. He quickly finished the job earlier than his estimated time, explained the operations and newest technologies in it. It was a pleasant surprise that it's functions exceed my expectation. The sound of the door now is just SWEET!

My garage door wouldn't open and the company that installed it couldn't come out till the next week! I called your company and you sent Gavin out the same day. He noticed the spring was broken and put in a new spring. He also checked other parts of door, rollers, track chain etc. Gavin was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions.
