I could not be happier with the repair of a broken spring on my garage door. My service repairman Gavin was on time, explained the problem and the cost and went to work. Travis did an excellent job at repairing our garage door. I requested same-day service and he came out within two hours of the request. He assessed the problem, thoroughly communicated the problem, and recommended what exactly needed to be done. He informed me of the price to replace and repair the door. I opted for the repair as I wanted to keep the cost down. Travis installed brackets, plates, wires/cables, rollers, springs, and struts - I may be simplifying here because it was a little more involved than as I described. Overall, the issue was fixed and our garage door is as good as new and strongly reinforced! Travis is professional, prompt, proficient, and kind. I highly recommend Travis for your garage door issues. Five stars!

Excellent work by Mr. Moises. Many friends in the Eastbay area gave me good opinion about Precision Garage door Service. Right on time to start the work and completed the installation within the time window (10 am to 2.00 pm). The door works great and new motor with WiFi camera and backup battery all working perfectly fine. No noise while operating the door. The most reliable contractors for fixing garage doors.

I was extremely Pleased with the initial meeting with Al, he was patient while explaining the differences in insulation, and features between a belt and chain drive. He followed up afterwards and answered all my remaining questions. Armondo was my installer. He was prompt, courteous, maintained safety Covid protocol, and left the area spotless. I will recommend Precision to all my neighbors and friends.

The springs from the garage door broke off. I knew I needed it to be replaced. Of course my mind went to who could do the job and at first I thought a garage door repair company but then i remember Precision. Your company has always delivered quality service and performance. So I picked up the phone and made an appt. Mario came and showed him the garage the springs he took care of it. Mario was informative and answer my questions. I feel very confident that if I ever needed any service with my garage door it will be with Precision

Your customer service is excellent. The appointment scheduling was easy, Mario called me about 30 minutes before his arrival, diagnosed the problem, gave us a time estimate for the repairs, and actually completed the repairs in that time frame. He explained his work and what we could do on our own for maintenance. I was a little shocked on the cost of repairs, though, but I have faith that the work will last for many years to come. Communication via email was also efficient, by the way. Much appreciated.

Job well done ! A very compete inspection of Garage door needs and costs of repairs , before beginning work . Door working much better at this time after cable adjustment and some bolts replaced . I was also given information and cost , if I later have more needs of repair , even a new garage door if needed. I , Highly recommend Precision garage door Service .

I'll start off by stating that the service was excellent. Sheridan came on time and finished very quickly. Scheduling was o.k. (agent stated 4 - 8pm; email stated 9 -11am which was incorrect). Other than that the scheduling process was easy. I was taken aback by the cost of the parts! I do not mind paying double retail due to convenience and I understand the technician having to carry inventory on his truck but the cost of the parts was surprising.
