Choose Precision due to ads indicating local offices and customer reviews. They were super busy at the time, so told me it would be approx 5 weeks before they could completely remove my broken one with a new one. They called and we set up a date and informed me they would need 10 feet of space cleared to do the installation - which I did a few days before they were to arrive. They were slightly late from the original time frame to arrive, but did call and let me know. The person servicing was excellent - extremely polite, walked me thru what he would be doing, and informed me of the steps to keep it working well down the road (spray on lubricant periodically at key points). He swept the garage out on completion, took the debris and old door with him to dispose of later. Sooo nice to have one that is so easy to open (no motor on mine) ... pretty much able to lift it with a finger! Thanks Precision.

Took a while for the door to get made and get scheduled. Showed up on time. Did a great job on the install. Left the area very clean

Excellent service by PJ - estimator and Luigi - installer, live persons answered my phonr calls - they are courteous and answered all my questions. 2 beautifull garages (double and single garage) was installed in my house. I am so happy how it looks likenow. ????
