These guys are awesome! We called on the evening of a holiday and they were able to come out first thing in the morning the next day. Ian was prompt & took time to explain my options, and most importantly - super honest about what is a "must do" & a nice to do. He answered all my questions & even was patient while I had him repeat it all to my husband over the phone. He was super efficient and fixed our problem. Excellent service all around!

Prompt excellent service even on a holiday! The Tech was on time, very friendly and professional. He explained everything well and installed a new garage door opener and replaced a broken roller hinge bracket. I certainly can give Precision Garage Door an AAA+ rating and highly recommended them. Our garage door was all kinds of wonky. Only opened 3/4 of the way (right about forehead level), refused to stop when it hit the ground, and sounded like the whole thing was going to come apart when opening and closing. Travis came by today, right on time, gave us our potential options for fixes, and set about getting to work on our chosen path. Work was completed in less than four hours that same visit. Was it cheap? No. Are we happy with the end result? Absolutely.

The response to my call was quick. The technician Barchir Gharbi and his assistant came on 05/09 on time. They are professional and very friendly. After the investigation into my garage door problems, they offered me the options to address the issues. I weighed the options with questions. Once I decided on the option suited for my needs and signed the contract, they started work right away. It took them over 3 hours to complete the entire work. My garage door works perfectly with brand new LiftMaster 87504 opener units. Big thanks to Mr. Bachir Gharbi and his assistant!

I picked precision garage door of Bay Area because I saw tv commercial and they have late hours. They were able to send someone first thing in the morning! My garage door was not closing and I was very stressed. Technician Carlos came by as promised. He was able to fix the issue. He was extremely courteous professional and very helpful! They also extended me a nurse discount which I was extremely pleased!

Amazing company. From the customer service who was professional, pleasant and was able to fit me a same day appt., to the technician Joel that called before he was going to arrive, I couldn't have asked for a more professional service. Our 20 yr + Liftmaster started having issues a couple of days prior but was able to get it to work eventually until last evening. I couldn't get the door to stay down. In the past whenever this would happen it typically was due to a windy day when a cover we have hanging in just inside our garage door would trigger the sensor to think something was in the way. However yesterday I did look to see that this wasn't the issue, albeit it was a windy evening. Of course when Joel came, the door closed without incident. After investigating, he mentioned it may be the motherboard given the age of the Liftmaster. I love how Joel throughly investigated what may be the cause, thinking outside of the box. He listened intently to my description of what was happening and answered all my inquisitive questions about the system. He did find three hinges that were cracked so had him replace those and do a maintenance check since we never oiled the hinges. After the maintenance,the door was very quiet and worked like a fine well oiled machine. Given after many attempts of opening and closing the door without any hiccups, I decided to forego replacing the Liftmaster but he was nice enough to email me the quotes for the new system. I couldn't have asked for a nice technician to come out. Very knowledge, friendly and professional.

Great work and timely response from Precision Garage. We had a non urgent situation, but they were still able to come out the day of. The technician, Jose Brizuela, was knowledgeable, polite and quick to boot. Went over everything in detail, answered questions and cleaned up well upon departure. Boulevard Garage Doors responded quickly and sent Valentino Ramirez to our home within 24 hours. Upon arrival, Valentino diagnosed immediately what was the problem. The door hanging cable had started wearing out into strands. He also spotted two problems from the time of the installation by the builder. The garage springs were wrongly placed about an inch lower than the cable holder at the ends. Another problem was the builder used 8' cable for a 7' door. Both will cause too much pressure on the cable and affect the garage door functioning. He fixed all the three problems within an hour and a half. I had bought a garage door seal to replace the one on the door. He replaced it with no additional charge. The quote was reasonable compared to other companies. Overall, the work was done to my satisfaction and the price was reasonable.

I have had the pleasure of having Sheridan come out and work on my garage door as such I specifically requested he come out for another visit as a few of the bracket screws were stripped. Upon his arrival he quickly looked at the door and noticed right away there was a cracked on one of the door panels. He mentioned that if this was repaired, it would eventually result in a full door replacement. He made quickly made the repair. Once again, the service Sheridan provided was top notch. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for garage door repair work ask for Sheridan. He is professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

This morning went to open my garage door notice it open about a 2 feet stopped and closed with a error code. I notice one spring had broken and I quickly called Precision doors, since I used them in the past to align my garage door. They came out in about 2 hours and installed new springs and rolls in about a hour. I am very happy with the response and service.

I called and was given a window of 4pm-8pm. I got a call at 3:30 that they were on the way. Sheridan took the time to look over the garage door and explained the reason for the amount and exactly what needed to be done. He was very experienced and able to complete the job in the time he estimated it would take. I am very satisfied with the explanation of the work and reasoning for replacing parts. I have used Precision in the past and will in the future.

So disappointed in this place. I got a quote from 3 people and precision garage doors wanted to charge double than the others and said things needed to be replaced when the others said it was working perfectly fine. It felt like all they wanted was my money and they weren’t genuine and honest. I paid $70 for a 10 min estimate. I wouldn’t recommend them!

Great company which delivers what it says on their website. I called them at 3:30 pm as my garage door snapped its cable. I got through to service scheduler and the technician was at my house at 5. What a service the technician was great to review the parts and labor he had tbe job completed in almost 2 hours . True, this company is a bit pricy , but I would rather pay and get the job done in a professional way. I highly recommend them for garage door jobs. If
