I am surprised with the the quote given to me. My garage door opener is pretty old and the gear broke from inside and there is no way to repair. So, I asked for the quote how much would be the final amount if i go for new garage door opener. They have gave the quote which 4 times higher than market rate (total $3200). I checked with Home depot and their technician and got it replace in $400. I would not recommend service from Precision. Highly disappointed.

I had a 5 star experience with Bachir of Precision Garage Door! I was able to receive same-day service. Bachir patiently and fully explained the various issues and corrective repair measures after carefully examining our garage door. Some of the issues I was aware of but Bachir was able to identify other problems I was unaware of. The repair was completed within the provided time-estimate. My experience with Phillip Nguyen goes back four years ago. Phillip has the same professionalism and mannerism as he greeted me today. Phillip greeted me with positive enthusiasm and was very detailed assessing my garage door issues. Phillip provided me options how I would like to proceed with repairs and the estimates and his estimated to complete repairs was spot on. Phillip, really knows his trade, but most importantly Phillip iwas sensitive and courteous to me and my neighbors. Noise was minimal and repairs exceeded my expectations. Shout out to the management team and owners for taking pride in their business and making great investments in their staff, staff uniforms:appearance and keeping vehicles in excellent condition. I was able to receive quick and convenient same day service. Technician Joel was professional & outstanding in every way. I do feel the parts were highly inflated in price especially the rods & springs, brackets. But I decided I am still very happy with the high quality repairs and the attention to the overall function of the door system which is important for longevity.

When I had made an appointment, the front desk person assigned a technician. And, if there was any changes of technician's base on a change of assignment that I would be notified, that never happened. Aside from that, David L. called to let us know that he was on his way. David worked meticulous in rebuilding 80% of a 24 yr old garage door. He explained what to be replace and eventually showed the worn parts. David also took the time to instruct/inform of a yearly preventative maintenance. Whereas just fix it and run (this was other companies that my neighbors had used). This would have been a 5 star for David, if not for the front desk.

2500 for 1 hour of work. Complete scam. Parts couldnt have cost more than a few hundred dollars. Installed in 1 hour, 2500 dollar bill. Avoid at all costs, price gougers.

I had a perceived problem with a garage door part and called Precision to replace it. Travis came and checked it out. He then proceeded to explain to me that although it might appear problematic, the part was perfectly functional. I know just about nothing regarding garage doors. Travis could easily sold me 400 bucks worth of parts and labor and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead I was presented with no charge for the service. This kind of honesty is more than refreshing. Precision Garage Door is a class act! Needless to say, in future for garage door maintenance, Precision will be the first (and only) company I'll be calling.

We made a wrong decision of choosing this company. The service maybe good but excessive charge compare to anywhere else. We were charged almost the same as brand new garage door for a small job. I really regret that I chose precision garage door repair.

I had my service Monday, which went very well and the tech was very quick in getting my new motor and springs installed. I will say, I was a bit shocked at the price. I was not offered options and was just told that the cost would be $3600 for what he was installing. I was surprised on the invoice to see how much some of the individual components were and that it wasn’t service that was the result of the price. Looking on the precision garage door website, it seems like the average cost of a motor is 300-500, I paid over a grand for mine. I’m seeing the same motor available online for $400, why is this one so much more? Additionally the two springs were $300 each? Online I’m seeing average costs should be $100-$200 for both combined? It also cost $1000 for center and end bearing plates and cable. I’m just hoping for a bit more transparency on these costs as I do feel a bit like I was given premium options without being consulted on options.

My garage door spring broke. Antonio Mendoza arrived within the time frame. He examined my garage door and located some other things that were going to be a problem in the near future. He showed me the problems and explained the damage and consequences of not repairing these other problems. He was able to repair all of the problems at a reasonable price and within an hour or so. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Our garage door opener broke in the morning and was repaired by mid afternoon. Our technician Bachir was super professional and took a lot of time looking at the overall condition of the opener, door and associated hardware and explained a lot of stuff to me which was very helpful. He even had to make a run to the hardware store for some specialry parts and make a custom bracket since our door was so old (dating from 1960.) I couldn't recommend Precison Garage Door more.
