Great company which delivers what it says on their website. I called them at 3:30 pm as my garage door snapped its cable. I got through to service scheduler and the technician was at my house at 5. What a service the technician was great to review the parts and labor he had tbe job completed in almost 2 hours . True, this company is a bit pricy , but I would rather pay and get the job done in a professional way. I highly recommend them for garage door jobs. If

I called and was given a window of 4pm-8pm. I got a call at 3:30 that they were on the way. Sheridan took the time to look over the garage door and explained the reason for the amount and exactly what needed to be done. He was very experienced and able to complete the job in the time he estimated it would take. I am very satisfied with the explanation of the work and reasoning for replacing parts. I have used Precision in the past and will in the future.

We called Precision Garage Door on Sunday and mentioned Sheridan Abad because of the nice work he did for us in 2022. Sheridan was scheduled to arrive between 10:00 AM and 02:00 PM on Sunday, February 4, 2024. He called, as promised, 20 minutes before arriving at 11:30 AM, replaced our garage door opener and left before 1:00 PM. Sheridan was punctual, knowledgeable, hard-working, pleasant, and answered our questions. We strongly recommend Precision Garage Door and Sheridan Abad to anyone in need of work on their garage door, or opener.

Sheridan did a very professional review of our garage door problems, demonstrated our problems, provided an estimate of our cost right on the spot. Once we approved the estimate, they (Sheridan and Trainee) started work immediately, worked very efficiently, and finished repair of two doors within 1.5 hours. I would highly encourage you to use Precision when you have a garage door repair or anything related to the door. I called at 4:00 pm and they had a technician at my house by 5:05. They were very professional, knew what the problem was and fixed it fast. Also provided preventive maintence advice and educated me about my door and opener that I had no knowledge of. Our technician, Sheridan, was the best. He called before arriving and explained clearly what needed to be done. We decided to install a new door opener (the last one was installed in 1996) and we are so pleased. MUCH quieter and Sheridan made sure the springs and other related parts could handle our old heavy wooden door. And all this on Sunday morning! Thank you Sheridan!!

Precison garage door showed up at my house within an hour after i called them. I think that the doors worked as well or better than when they were new. They had all of the parts on their truck. I will probably get 2 new motors soon but i wanted the doors fixed first. They even had parts for strengthening my old door. I was very impressed. They did not just replace the broker part and leave. They made my doors like new doors.

Beware: I gave my credit card over the phone to the technician to pay for the service. A day after I got a fraud alert from my credit card company after 7 charges were made to my account unauthorized. I don't usually give my credit card over the phone but the situation was urgent and I needed to get replaced same day so I violate my rule. Credit card company will remove the charges however just want to give heads up to the consumers.

Sheridan replaced a garage door motor for us in 2019 and he came to the rescue again with a repair to a damaged door. Only about five hours elapsed between my initial phone call and the completed project. I couldn’t have been more pleased since the fix included straightening the door, a brace and a heavy duty spring. I will always use Precision Garage Door for any future needs.

This morning we had our old garage door opener assessed and ultimately replaced. Travis and his apprentice did a thorough job with evaluation of garage door as well as opener. As it turned out we needed new springs and rollers, as well as new cable. Additionally we opted to change out the existing opener to a new cable driven, video enabled, wifi model. Travis gave us various options to consider as well as pros and cons to each. The old system was removed, new springs and hardware installed, and the new opener programed. Total time was about 3 hours, as was initially communicated. This is the second time that I have used Precision Garage Door and we are completely satisfied with their timely response, on-time appointment and great attitude.

My garage door spring was broken this morning and the cars were trapped. A guick search led me to Precision. They answered the phone and promised the door could be fixed that day. I've had many experiences where the tech comes out to assess the problem than disappears for a few days to get parts. Not this time! I was delighted when Travis showed up the afternoon fully prepared to fix the problem. He gave me good advice on what needed to be done for a long term repair and communicated what he was doing as the job progressed. So before dinner the cars were liberated thanks to Travis and Precision. Job well done.

Honestly the person was not that helpful. He DID fix the issue, which was a GCFI switch on an electrical outlet. But BEFORE even looking at the power issue I described, he told me that I needed a new spring. NO WAY is that correct. It is 5 years old! He also said that he was "pretty sure" the spring was the wrong size. NO WAY! He also had a chincie step latter and needed to borrow my latter to reach the plug on the 11 foot garage ceiling. Bottom-line, I felt like he was not helpful, and while he acted knowledgeable, he lacked credibility with me. He was prompt and polite.

We are very confident in Precision Door Service and know that their services are reliable and quick, even on weekends. The service fee is rather steep for shopping around and Precision's work has been on the higher end price-wise but we are pleased with their work.
