Both my garage door springs broke at once and my car was trapped in the garage. Precision Garage Doors responded in less than 10 minutes early (before 8am!) on a Sunday morning, had fabulous technician Carlos out in less than 3 hours. Everything is fixed and a few new items that I asked him to install taken care of beautifully, cleanly, and expertly. I am so impressed I’m considering updating my garage door. Service was performed in a professional way. The big problem for me was the very high cost. Over $2,000 for 2 springs and an hours worth of work seems outrageous. I am of the opinion they take advantage of people’s need for a functioning garage door.

I had garage doors that needed servicing for multiple reasons: 1. The external keypad wasn't working 2. The main large garage door was making a lot of noise and showed serious fatigue. 3. The remote control was not working well 4. Bachir Gharbi was very helpfull breaking down options for replacement phases for my door opener, springs, and other parts of the system. His work was done in very timely manner. He did a good job with final safety test demostration and the setup of the smart controller. Ultimately we choose to have him repair/replace the springs/coils lifting the garage door and replace the garage door opener with a new and better piece of equipment. So amazing. I had another company come out for a broken spring. The technician ended up bending the torsion rod causing issue with the side mount opener and refused to own the mistake. Precision Garage door sent Sheridan out to fix it, and he did outstanding work. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was sympathetic to the issue with the other company. After he was done replacing the torsion rod and putting the correct size springs on, and replacing the wheels, my 30+ year old opens smoother and quieter than a brand new door!!! I can’t recommend precision enough.

Precision Garage Door has become my “ Go To “ for any Garage Door issues. I used them again this week because the sensor was having a problem ,, I used the info that the agent had taught me ( it was actually a Tutorial, the first time I had them here to replace motors etc I safely brought the door down for over night ( safety and privacy) The agent came out the next morning,,, there was a small leaf in the sensor , blocking it . He showed me , and then went on to tweak anything he saw necessary And only charged me for the service fee . And,,, in the process I learned more about the door operation Very good company!

Jose and Precision Garage Door saved my sanity by showing up within 30 minutes on a Saturday to repair my door that I completely bunged up trying a DIY repair. What's worse I am scheduled to fly out very early Sunday morning and with all my garage items and toys, simply could not leave town with the garage door in pieces and unable to close thoroughly. Dear Precision and Nathaniel I., I can't thank you enough for the excellent service I recieved today. I called at 11am to request service and it was completed by 4pm.
