Patrick from Precision came out to my house the same day I phoned the office. I didn't have an emergency, but I knew my garage door was warning me to get serviced or to be sorry. Patrick went through all of the components with me, was knowledgeable and professional, and walked me through how to use and program the new motor/keypads/etc. Replacing the motor, the wheels, the springs, cables, weather stripping, etc. is not cheap, but I now have peace of mind that my door won't randomly open in the middle of the day or crash and break something. Patrick was cool and focused and did a great job. Thank you, Patrick!

Sheridan did a very professional review of our garage door problems, demonstrated our problems, provided an estimate of our cost right on the spot. Once we approved the estimate, they (Sheridan and Trainee) started work immediately, worked very efficiently, and finished repair of two doors within 1.5 hours. I had work done on my garage six years ago and when starting to have issues called them to come out. My message was responded to quickly and an appointment was set up. Sheridan Abad was my servicer and he was very professional, called before arriving, arrived within the time given, then explained everything and even had information about the work done previously. He took care of all repairs quickly and efficiently.

Sunday morning and the garage door isn’t working. Precision was able to get a tech out that day, assessed the problem and fixed it within a couple hours. By the afternoon, it worked like new again! Friendly and fast service!

We used your company at our previous house with great results. So I called again and was able to schedule same day service. Our tech this time was Soloman who did an inspection and explained what was wrong. We got a written estimate and decided to do the repair which was primarily replacing the springs plus a few other items. Soloman was very professional and easy to talk to. I would highly encourage you to use Precision when you have a garage door repair or anything related to the door. I called at 4:00 pm and they had a technician at my house by 5:05. They were very professional, knew what the problem was and fixed it fast. Also provided preventive maintence advice and educated me about my door and opener that I had no knowledge of. Great service and friendly staff.

Paul from Precision Garage Door came on Labor Day and fixed my garage door which had a broken spring. He assessed the damage and recommended some additional service items. Our technician, Sheridan, was the best. He called before arriving and explained clearly what needed to be done. We decided to install a new door opener (the last one was installed in 1996) and we are so pleased. MUCH quieter and Sheridan made sure the springs and other related parts could handle our old heavy wooden door. And all this on Sunday morning! Thank you Sheridan!!

Very professional - starting with the ad than ran in Home Concepts - I made the call to Precision Garage Door right after seeing their ad. I was able to talk to a real person Jenniffer at about 8PM - she answered all of my questions and took the time to answer any of my concerns. She set up the appointment for the next day as I requested. My service technician Antonio arrived right on time - during the window of time Jenniffer had given me. He was great to the point and provided me choices before the quote - he was ready to fix or just repair an give me honest answers to whatever I decided to do.
