We received a timely response. The service technician, Paul Brinkman, arrived earlier than the original appointment, and made sure to contact us to let us know he was coming. After seeing your advertisement in the East Bay Times, I called and spoke with 2 very helpful people who assigned Paulina to come to fix my very broken garage door. Within 4 hours of my call, he was there. Very knowledgeable, very efficient, realized at once what the problem was and fixed it! He had everything he needed with him, and within an hour, up and running!! I would recommend PRECISION and Paulina to everyone. Great experience and great company. Thank you.

Antonio arrived right when he said he would. He was polite and clearly told me what the problem was. He also did a security check and identified other issues that might need attention. He clearly described the various repair options for me to consider and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to repair. He installed a new drive motor for our door, replaced our worn rollers and wired a new keypad. He did everything in less time than he had estimated. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who has a problem. If you are lucky Antonio will be assigned to your work.

Needed some work, saw the add on TV. Read the reviews. Made an appointment. Technician came on time. Told him what my door problems were. He checked my garage door and explained clearly what's wrong with the door and also showed me the damaged tracks and wheels. Thanked him for explaining and what he planned to do. Authorized to replace worn parts. It took him over 4 hours to finish the job. He was very professional, efficient and did a wonderful job. He told me his name is on the Invoice. I didn't see his name on the invoice. I forgot his name, sorry. He is an asset to any company he works for since his personality was excellent.

Precison garage door showed up at my house within an hour after i called them. I think that the doors worked as well or better than when they were new. They had all of the parts on their truck. I will probably get 2 new motors soon but i wanted the doors fixed first. They even had parts for strengthening my old door. I was very impressed. They did not just replace the broker part and leave. They made my doors like new doors.

Your company came out and tried to charge me $1549,00 to change my springs cables and rollers according to your man were no good . Not to mention you charged me $70.00 for a service call Had another company come out installed new springs , cables No new rollers as they were fine $650.00 dollars total No service fee You seriously need to rethink your pricing and acessment of people’s doors Horrible I will never use your company again You should refund my money

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while but, here goes. We have had a couple different issues with our garage door. Both times Travis came out. He was on-time, professional, friendly, and explained everything so I could understand what he was doing, what my options were, and the cost of those different options. I will absolutely call them anytime I have a garage door issue and if I need to purchase anything new for the garage door. I can’t speak highly enough of Travis, and through him, Precision Garage Doors.

I chose Precision door because they responded right away, however i am disappointed with their work. After spending $1000 to get the garage door fixed 2 weeks ago, it started making squealing noise within a week of repair. Now i have to spend additional $250 to get the noise fixed. They are pretty expensive(charging 3 or 4 time more than regular price).

Sheridan did a quick and fantastic job on my garage door repair. He replaced the springs / rollers, etc and rebalanced the door. Couldn’t have asked for a better service!
