Precision Garage Door has become my “ Go To “ for any Garage Door issues. I used them again this week because the sensor was having a problem ,, I used the info that the agent had taught me ( it was actually a Tutorial, the first time I had them here to replace motors etc I safely brought the door down for over night ( safety and privacy) The agent came out the next morning,,, there was a small leaf in the sensor , blocking it . He showed me , and then went on to tweak anything he saw necessary And only charged me for the service fee . And,,, in the process I learned more about the door operation Very good company!

Jose and Precision Garage Door saved my sanity by showing up within 30 minutes on a Saturday to repair my door that I completely bunged up trying a DIY repair. What's worse I am scheduled to fly out very early Sunday morning and with all my garage items and toys, simply could not leave town with the garage door in pieces and unable to close thoroughly. The work was done quickly and painlessly by Jose and I am very grateful this pro saved me from disaster.

Dear Precision and Nathaniel I., I can't thank you enough for the excellent service I recieved today. I called at 11am to request service and it was completed by 4pm. Nathaniel replaced everything except the garage door. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He explained everything in detail, in an easy to understand way. His work was fast ,efficient and excellent. My garage door before was so noisy that my neighbors complained. It was also not closing all of the way. Now you can barely hear it. I was in a bind and was quoted $3,000 to replace my spring and installed some hardware. I don’t believe I’ve spent $3,000 combined for every service performed on my garage door. This is price gouging. Total service time was about 90 minutes. Very disappointed to say the least.

We chose Precision Garage based on their TV commercial. We're glad we did! Schedul8ng our appointment was fast and easy. Communication excellent, we knew exactly when the repairman would arrive. The needed work was clearly explained and completed during the visit as all necessary parts were on his truck. Very personable and proficient.

Got home late last night to a garage door that did not open. I had just replaced the opener myself, but it looked like a broken spring. Went online to Precision Garage Door, and the next morning, our tech Sheridan Abad showed up around 9:30 am. He confirmed my broken spring, but also pointed out the wheels and bearings were worn and failing. He gave me some options and prices, and we agreed to do the work. An hour or so later, Sheridan was done. Showed me the failed pieces, explained maintenance, and was on his way. Well worth the cost; fixed professionally and efficiently in less than a day. Great work, Sheridan and Precision!

Outstanding service. Within 30 minutes of making an appointment, Sheridan Abad, the Technician showed up and replaced the broken spring and other assorted parts that were worn out. Spent about two hours to complete the job. Service couldn't have been better.

Called Contra Costa Door (original installer) to fix broken spring on 25 year old garage door. To my surprise I was connected to Precision Garage Door. The person I talked to set up a convenient time for me to have a technician repair my door. Approximately 20 minutes before my appointment, Carlos called me and told me that he was on his way. When he arrived (on time!) he scoped out the problems and explained to me the what repairs were needed and different options for repair/service and a separate cost estimate for each option. I chose the service that I wanted and within an hour or so, the job was completed and done right! Thanks to Carlos for his skills and his professionalism. Carlos was very courteous and represents Precision well. Good work ain't cheap, but cheap work ain't always good. Carlos did good work!

It feels like this company is practicing the price grabbing or bait/switch. When I called, the office person only informed the service charge of 69.95. When the technician came, there was a minimal labor cost of 89.95 in addition to the service charge. I called the office and only got pushed back saying the office does not know the labor cost and it will ONLY be determined by the technician. Surprising, surprising....

After I called for repair service, a technician (Carlos) was at my door in no more than an hour. He diagnosed the problems and repaired the garage door. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided great customer service!
