Garage door was repaired within 24 hours of calling their phone number on a Friday night (open until 10pm). The door was stuck partially open, crooked, broken wheels/hinges, bent rail. My car was in the garage. The tech arrived early within a 4-hour window. Door was repaired--all parts were in the truck. I had only told phone support that I didn't know whether I needed a new door or if it could be fixed. Their was no upsell by the tech--only friendly explanations and advice when I asked questions. I'm HAPPY!

After noticing that my garage door was out of alignment I called Precision Garage doors to come and take a look. They came out the same day and inspected all the working parts of the garage door and showed me one of the cables that holds the door up was in quite bad shape. So I agreed with Tech Miles that it should definitely be replaced. And while he was having to dismantle, that replacing the rod and very old spring was the smart thing to do. It was a real project but Miles hung in there like a real professional. All the while remaining calm, polite and determined to get it done correctly. Even though it ended up costing more than I was originally expecting to spend. In the long run will cost me much less than having to replace the whole garage door. Thank you Miles for your hard work. You are definitely a plus to the company.

Caleb from Precision Garage Door Service provided fast, excellent, and incredibly polite service. He arrived exactly on time, fixed my door, and replaced my opener perfectly. I also appreciated the veterans discount. The only downside was the cost. I needed a quick fix and didn't shop around, but I later realized their pricing is definitely on the high end, even after the discount. Overall, Caleb did fantastic work, but be prepared for premium pricing.
