They replaced my old garage door that was at least 25 years old with a new one and the service and communication was excellent. 6 months later I found the door to be a little bit creaky and loud and when I called them they were out the next day to adjust and lubricate it everywhere so that it's back to perfect. The service is excellent, there's no other way around it

My garage went down unexpectedly. I contacted Precision and they responded to my home in less than 3 hours. Travis Behn & his partner Kaleb located the issue and were very knowledgeable. They performed the service in less than 2 hours, helped me set up the garage app, & passwords. They were very nice and took their time answering questions and explaining how the garage system works. Highly recommend Precision.

I received repair service from Paolino in Hayward to replace a broken part on my door that set the limit for opening and closing. In addition the he lubricated all moving parts and tuned the motor. I did not understand all the charges on my invoice amounting to $434.90, so called Precision's problem solving number to talk with Miles. He said there was a refund due me of $69.95 for the service call itself. After several conversations, the refund was processed and I was notified of it. Miles worked to resolve this successfully for me. It's a good idea to call the post service number to resolve any question about the invoice charges, since they may not always be accurate..

My garage door broke at 6:30 in the morning. They were here and everything was fixed by 11 o’clock. It was amazing. He also did maintenance on the door while he was here. Very grateful.

I called them on Sunday morning and the Tech (Phillip) came out at 12:30pm. Phillip was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with 3 repairs options that were from least to more expensive and the pros/cons in choosing one over the other. The estimates were more than I had thought it would cost. The last garage door repairs I had were in 2018. I guess inflation and tarrif's have really increased the costs of everything. My prior Garage door repair company is closed on Sundays and on line it stated the first appointment was next Thursday. I was very happy Precision is open 7 days a week and appointments are within hours of calling them. I don't mind paying a more for good service. I use Precision again for my future repairs.

Would not recommend using this company again. Very overpriced! Technician was hard-working and competent but pricing was way too high. Circumstances prevented me from using my preferred vendor and I was stuck with my car trapped in the garage. I was charged 400X my preferred vendor's bid for same scope of work. I can understand a modest up-charge for quick service (which I appreciated) but 300% is over the top!

We had your company install our garage doors in October of 2023. We love our doors! We were so pleased with the work and the outstanding professional employees of Precision. What made our decision to choose Precision Door was the warm, courteous, professional, very helpful sale rep. It was a joy to meet with him. It was NOT stressful like with other companies!! Precision Garage Door Service responded almost immediately to my online request for service. Joel arrived within an hour and was courteous and professional. He installed new springs, cables, plates, drums and bearing rollers. Joel also tightened up some bolts on the door and adjusted the chain on my garage door opener. Everything was completed in under two hours!

Today we had Precision Garage repair service come to repair our garage door. The tech, Rodney Farmer, came and evaluated the problem and fixed the problem which the tech from the other company caused. Rodney really cared about what he was doing and found the screw which was put in the wrong way and caused our garage to almost tip off the tracks. The damage was severe but Rodney removed the damage and fixed the entire system and now it sounds like a brand new door. I am going to tell my neighbors to call Precision and ask for Rodney when they need garage repairs or replacement.

Not on time, had to wait to get ripped off. Quoted $1300.00 to repair one spring and lube the rest. Didn't even talk about the lifting mechanism...LOL. Took the $69.00 after I told him just had both springs replaced for half and told me ridiculous statement, "everything just doubled". He must have just figured us for fools.

Both my garage door springs broke at once and my car was trapped in the garage. Precision Garage Doors responded in less than 10 minutes early (before 8am!) on a Sunday morning, had fabulous technician Carlos out in less than 3 hours. Excellent service! Rodney arrived on time and did a great job of addressing the issues with the garage door. He did a great job! This door has never worked so good...and really quiet too! Rodney is very professional. It was a pleasure working with someone who knows what he is doing. I would definitely recommend Precision if you want your door to work right!
