I was able to get a next day appointment when I called. Paul B. Showed up in the allotted timeframe and gave me a :30 min heads up on his arrival. Paul was courteous, professional, and followed all COVID-19 protocols. Paul found the the problem and fixed in a timely fashion. You know that helpless feeling when your garage door spring goes kaput? Call Precision Door. I phoned prior to 8:00 a.m. and Tim appeared at my house by 9:30 a.m. He replaced the springs and installed a new opener on my second door. I can't wait for the other door opener to bite the dust. This new one is SILENT. I highly recommend Precision Door. They have everything they need with them, are prompt, professional, and courteous. This is the second time I have used them and I couldn't be happier.

Needed garage door repair. Saw the reviews for Precision and called them. They came the same day and on time. Alex, the technician, called and let me know his ETA. He was professional, very experienced with my type of garage door and he educated me on the sensors, motor, what to look for in the future to assess if the door is working correctly. Very happy with the service and really appreciated the thorough inspection and time taken to make sure the door was working correctly.

We needed our opener replaced. The existing opened was only 18/19 years old. Our installer, James, fully explained my options for a new opener and quoted a price and instal time. Once he completed the job, He explained the what he did, showed me all the new equipment, and fully explained the operation of the new opener. JaMes was friendly and professional. Paul Brinkman was very professional, and extremely sensitive to an elderly couple. He was very clear in explaining the various price levels for service. I called at 7:30am on a Friday morning. Alyssa answered the phone, and scheduled an appointment window from 8am-noon the same day. The technician, Paul, called at 9:30am to say he would be there by 10am. He showed up on time, created a detailed quote for the repairs needed. He said it would take about 90 minutes to fix. Ninety minutes later, he finished the job and provided me a complete printed invoice for my records. The garage door is back in service.

I had called Precision about 2 years ago when the spring broke and they came out to replace it on a Sunday - yeah. I recently called again when the door was failing to go down all the way and Paul Brinkman came out. He explained that he could adjust it - which he did and the door went all the way down - or I could replace the opener. I decided to replace it as it was probably 25 years old and probably had seen its day. I just thought that worked problem free for 25 years and had seen its day.

I have a 2 garage and I only did one because I was concern about the final look. I made an appointment with Precision Door to have my garage door fixed. Solomon came to my house exactly on time. I showed him the problem I was having. Solomon diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for the repairs. He made the repairs and the door is working like new (maybe better). He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very professional. He gave me a bill for the exact amount quoted.
