I could not be happier with the service I received from Precision Door. Paulino Mejia, the service technician took the time to explain to me why my garage door springs kept breaking and even though I ended up spending more than I initially had anticipated, I am happy that I went ahead with the repair he recommended. He was courteous, professional and fast! He replaced two springs, two pulley mechanisms, AND all the door track rollers in the time it took other companies we've hired in the past just to replace one spring. I couldn't believe how quickly he completed the job. And best of all, he was on time. Paulino arrived at the front edge of the service window and I wasn't sitting around wondering if anyone was going to show up. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to other homeowners who need to have garage door work completed.

I called late Tuesday afternoon and was able to have a technician out the next day. The process of scheduling was very smooth and was followed up with an email confirming the appointment time. Sheridan Abad was the Tech and he immediately confirmed we had a broken spring. He had to replace both springs and some bearings. I thought the overall price was a little steep. The quality of the work was excellent and was efficient. I had called the company who had installed the door and the soonest they could come was in a week due to the Thanksgiving holiday. This was not acceptable since we had to get into the garage and the only way in was through the broken door. I would recommend Precision for prompt quality service. The fact that Sheridan is a Rotarian made the experience even better.

We emailed about a new garage door we needed. I got a return call with in a half hour, the appointment was made for the rep to come out and quote us. He was on time, nice and knew what he was selling. My only issue was the wait for the new door about 2 months, but that is on me. I just wanted our new garage complete :). It was well worth the wait. We got the call that the door was ready for installation and the appointment was made. The service techs who installed our door were amazing. They installed the door and showed us the ins and outs. They cleaned up after themselves. We would have not know that they had been there if it wasn't for the new door. Which is exactly what we wanted. It is beautiful. I will recommend Precision to anyone who asks.

I made an appointment with Precision Door to have my garage door fixed. Solomon came to my house exactly on time. I showed him the problem I was having. Solomon diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for the repairs. He made the repairs and the door is working like new (maybe better). He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very professional. He gave me a bill for the exact amount quoted.

You know that helpless feeling when your garage door spring goes kaput? Call Precision Door. I phoned prior to 8:00 a.m. and Tim appeared at my house by 9:30 a.m. He replaced the springs and installed a new opener on my second door. I can't wait for the other door opener to bite the dust. I called at 7:30am on a Friday morning. Alyssa answered the phone, and scheduled an appointment window from 8am-noon the same day. The technician, Paul, called at 9:30am to say he would be there by 10am. He showed up on time, created a detailed quote for the repairs needed. He said it would take about 90 minutes to fix. Ninety minutes later, he finished the job and provided me a complete printed invoice for my records. The garage door is back in service.

I had called Precision about 2 years ago when the spring broke and they came out to replace it on a Sunday - yeah. I recently called again when the door was failing to go down all the way and Paul Brinkman came out. He explained that he could adjust it - which he did and the door went all the way down - or I could replace the opener. I decided to replace it as it was probably 25 years old and probably had seen its day. I just thought that worked problem free for 25 years and had seen its day.
