Sheridan came to “tune up” our aging garage door earlier today. It is old, had a serious sag, and could be heard for miles!! He diagnosed the problems quickly, offered options, applied no pressure as we discussed what to do, and was thoroughly professional! Our garage door stopped working many months ago. We don't use it for our car, so we didn't prioritize fixing it. We had someone from another company come out to give us a quote, but they didn't seem to diagnose the problem correctly. Our technician took the time to really investigate the issue, looking carefully with a flashlight at all of the connection points in our garage. He capably and clearly explained our options for repair and the associated ballpark ranges for how long certain components were expected to last. This helped us to repair the necessary components of our garage door assembly without added cost. The technician arrived the day we scheduled service (same day!), and was able to complete the repair on the spot since the necessary parts were on the truck. We are extremely pleased with the work!

The garage door in our newly purchased home failed on a Friday night. We called on Saturday morning and by noon, Travis & his trainee (I’m sorry I forgot his name) arrived to troubleshoot the issue. He is a true professional and experienced technician! In addition to patiently helping me understand how all the mechanical components work & their failure points, he quickly identified some issues in need of replacement for our 25 year old garage door as well as helping me weigh pros/cons of replacing the old (but working) motor with a new one. Within a few hours, Travis installed a new (and quieter) belt driven motor, new springs, new keypad, new cabling, and reinforced a weak & saggy spot in the center of the door. He took the time to walk us through how to use everything and programmed our remotes, car, and keypad. He even took notice of some military memorabilia I had in the garage and gave me a 10% military discount! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome and customer service interaction we had with Travis. Highly recommend Precision!

Jose was our technician today. He was very polite and patient with us. We had called Precision to get a 2nd opinion on a non-working keypad. Jose confirmed it was dead and it actually fell apart in his hands. He also noticed a wheel that had come out of the track and the ring holding it to the door. He fixed that too and now everything is working great! This is our second time working with Precision Garage Door and the second time we have been extremely pleased with their attention to details, their work, and their price!

Precision Garage did my brother’s garage install and I was impressed. So when I needed my torsion springs replaced, it was a no brainer to have Precision do the work. I went online the night before and was scheduled between 8am - 12pm the next day for the repair. On the day of the install, Carlos the technician called me and said that he was on his way. Carlos arrived at my property around 9am and greeted me with a big smile. He asked me what I needed repaired and assessed the work to be done. I had garage doors that needed servicing for multiple reasons: 1. The external keypad wasn't working 2. The main large garage door was making a lot of noise and showed serious fatigue. 3. Raul was polite and answered all my questions. He also made some suggestions that I hadn't thought about. My garage door opener had been making weird sounds and the door was not opening all the way. Raul quickly fixed the problem and left special oil for the bolts on the springs. Using it regularly will prevent problems.

Both my garage door springs broke at once and my car was trapped in the garage. Precision Garage Doors responded in less than 10 minutes early (before 8am!) on a Sunday morning, had fabulous technician Carlos out in less than 3 hours. Everything is fixed and a few new items that I asked him to install taken care of beautifully, cleanly, and expertly. I am so impressed I’m considering updating my garage door.
