Great experience with Soukie Sing at Precision Garage Door. My garage door spring and cables snapped on a Sunday trapping my car in the garage. Precision Garage Door made it very simple with on-line scheduling. I was notified when Soukie was on his way, could follow his location and know when he'd be at my house. After evaluating the garage door he offered me three different repair options. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Once the decision was made he was efficient with repair time and a great communicator. Very happy with my experience.

Praise to Brandon Brooks!!! He is my new go to guy! I struggled for a few years trying to find a good replacement for Jerry(my old go to guy) from the company. Brandon is a skilled technician, and if you are keen, you just know. Fixed ongoing issue quickly that was garage door bouncing back up. You gotta deal with a little trial and error because there are some techs that really could use more training and do more talking than actual solving. Amazing Worker! Showed up on time. Asked a few questions such as when did you last service the door. 18' foot wide door. I said in 1972 when I first installed it. He said NO!! That is impossible. He replaced the springs, the bar bearings and the rollers. He was finished in 1 1/2 hours. He had traveled from Antioch. I felt the price was too and the labor was not listed on the invoice. I am guessing it is due to 24 hour service, but I was able to get the car out of the garage.
