I am having my house painted and the painters power washed my garage door. Suddenly the door would not open unless I used the remote clicker. I checked the circuit breakers, I got out the ladder and wiggled the wires and cords up on top of the unit and then Ersell Williams from Precision arrived. Polite, on time, calm and amiable. He found the keypad was soaked. Another excellent, careful, articulate and competent service person from Precision! He double checked everything else before leaving. I scored another great person. Added his name to my list on the Precision sticker. Thanks, Ersell.

We closed our garage door late in the afternoon of August 8, 2022 and there was a loud bang. We saw the spring across the top had broken. The garage door is original, 30 years old, and hadn’t been repaired in 8 years. Since it had been so long I looked online and happened on Precision Garage Door Repair. A well-designed and easy to understand website, a local office, excellent reviews and ratings, Diamond Certified, and a surprise and very important feature – 24-hour live phone operator. I was able to make an appointment that evening for the next morning, August 9, 2022. Sheridan Abad, the tech, called prior to arrival, arrived within the indicated time frame and was prepared with a basic understanding of the problem and all the tools and supplies required. He did a thorough inspection and made recommendations to fix what was broken and also to address safety issues and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. We did not feel pressured to have any unnecessary work done but felt confident that what was recommended was required. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and within the estimated timeframe. Sheridan pointed out all the new parts and repairs and demonstrated how much easier the door was to operate manually and how much quieter it was. Cleanup was quick and thorough. I feel very fortunate that I just “happened” on the Precision Garage Door Repair website and especially fortunate that Sheridan Abad was our tech. As a trainer as well as a technician I feel he is an expert, but I also feel confident that any tech who provided service would have been qualified and competent. They seem to have it down to a science: every aspect of the repair from the initial phone call to the demonstration of the finished product was well done and made very easy for the customer. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly, everything communicated to us was easy to understand and accurate, and the service truck and equipment were well-maintained. It was just a smooth process from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door Repair and Sheridan Abad without hesitation.

I could not be happier with the repair of a broken spring on my garage door. My service repairman Gavin was on time, explained the problem and the cost and went to work. I contacted Precision on the recommendation of my neighbor. I was absolutely pleased w the professionalism, evaluation skills and complete repair of the door problem by the technician, Eresell Williams. so much so that I called the office after Mr.Williams had finished and asked 'Tanner' about a door- lubrication service. When Tanner began the appointment set-up I told him I will only go ahead w this service if Mr. Williams would b the technician doing the service. Very disappointed. The technician came out to do a door tuneup and did a 2 minute "25 point inspection" and quoted $1600 repair bill. I opted out of doing this "repair" only to have the door not work because the technician forgot to reconnect the door to the motor. If you can't reconnect the door after a simple inspection how can I trust the quality of your work?

I chose Precision from ads in the Yellow Pages. The ad reflected the service I was looking for. The service tech that did the necessary repairs was very knowledgeable and explained features that I didn't realize the system performed. I was impressed with the efficiency and ease of repairing my garage opener. Precision will be my "go to" for future garage door needs.

A 5 star rating for James and Precision. I must commend James for his professionalism. He called a half hour before my appointment. James spent a lot of time to make sure the job was done right. He explained everything to me as he replaced the bearings and spring. He was very personable and you can tell he loves his work. I would call upon him and Precision again to take care of my garage needs.

I am a licensed S.E. S1862 and would like to propose a bolt though the wall as opposed to current failed lag attachment of spring. Garage never used for vehicles. Will buy new garage door when sell in 1 yr. A more experienced person could probably do this. Happy to sign a hold harmless document. We had a broken spring. The technician replaced both springs and recommended replacing bearings and rollers. Guillermo was prompt, knowledgeable a d courteous. He gave me 2 options for repair. Highly recommend this company!

Wasn’t impressed with Precision Garage service: upswell you unnecessary fees. Only needed one spring - they said I should have 2 (one on right, one on left) - went with one; he said I need 3 brackets to hold/pull up door - one bracket on each side lasted 10+ years n should last another 10+ years. Next time I will not go with big company - will use smaller company. On top of that they charge a $60 service come out fee - ridiculous. Go with smaller company to get your garage door fixed.

We had the best experience with Sheridan from Precision on Saturday! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our garage door is 26 years old and he was able to replace many parts - springs, coils, cables, etc. in 2 hours and arrived 2 hours after my initial call for help. THE GENTLEMEN CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED AND REPLACED MY OLD OUTSIDE OPENER. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. THEY ALSO CHECKED THE GARAGE DOOR TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION DOOR. MIND IS MANY YEARS OLD AND NEVER A PROBLEM.
