Another attempt at price gouging. $1000-$2000 estimate for a broken spring, depending on how far we wanted to take the repair. Had another company come by and is fixing it for $395 total final price. Wish I would have read the other reviews about my Tech before he got here. I would have cancelled. Apparently others have had the same experience. They must work on commission.

Our door wouldn't work and Precision sent a technician out the same day. Kyle arrived at the start of the 2-hour window and fixed our problem in about 30 minutes. The $49 service call was well worth it. I highly recommend Kyle and Precision garage door.

Last year we put a new door in our garage according to the employee we order special windows with a little starts beautiful door and we are very satisfied with the work so I ordered a new garage door for my daughter’s house this year with normal windows it is pretty door too but the different on price from last year to this year was a 1000.00 dlls more expensive and not a fancy like our door! But I really trust on this company excellent employees! Moises did the last door! I would recommend this company!!

I'd been having issues with my garage door not closing sometimes, finally was tired of dealing with it and called Precision Door on a Monday morning. That afternoon they sent out technician Paul B. and he was great!. He assessed everything, took his time explaining and showing me the issues that were most likely causing my problem. He quoted me 3 different options. I felt no pressure to hurry up and make a decision or about which option I choose. Once I made my decision I was very happy to learn he had everything he needed on his truck to complete the job. Within a few hours I had a garage door that closed & was working better than ever. I had called Precision about 2 years ago when the spring broke and they came out to replace it on a Sunday - yeah. I recently called again when the door was failing to go down all the way and Paul Brinkman came out. He explained that he could adjust it - which he did and the door went all the way down - or I could replace the opener. I decided to replace it as it was probably 25 years old and probably had seen its day. I just thought that worked problem free for 25 years and had seen its day.

Phil came out and did the quick job I requested. I was afraid it wasn’t worth their time because of the job being too little. He didn’t make me feel that way though. After he simply got my garage door operating again he gave me some tips on maintenance. Also, thanks for working around the clutter. Great service and respectful

My experience with Precision Doors was great! I liked that they came very highly rated, good reviews, and understood the trepidation of having others come to your home during a unprecedented time. (Covid) All of the service reps were professional, on time and no hiccups! (all wore masks too) I ordered a basic door, and it was installed less than 3 weeks later and within 3 hours.

Ones again Precision door service gave excellent service! Their tech, Antonio Mendoza was so knowledge, friendly and polite! I'm so glad We choose them to install our new doors! the repairs they did were my fault, however the repairs were done under warranty! How many companies would do that? Thank you!!
