The motors on my two garage doors were wearing out and not working properly. Travis Behn responded and we discussed options. I opted for new motors, springs and some minor parts. Travis was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him. After the install, he helped me set up the phone app, showed me how everything functioned, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great service. I’m happy with the experience.

Terrible Quote. You quoted $2,000 to fix a broken garage door cable. 2nd company came out and fixed the cable (changed out the spring coil too) for $400

Garage door stopped working! Called Precision and Jose Brizuela Lopez arrived approximately 2-3 hours after I called, which was well within the "window" I was told a tech would be out. He inspected the door (27 years old) and explained several ways to "fix it", offering pros/cons of each. I opted to do all to fix it. He was done in less than 1 1/2 to 2 hours. He explained everything thoroughly, door works - the whole process start to finish was easy. Highly recommend Precision.

I am very happy with the service repair to my garage door. Sterling was the technician who work on our door. He call ahead of time and arrived when he said he would was very pleasant and friendly and explained everything and gave me an option of work and quotes. He replaced the springs, rollers, bearing and bar. We have had this door for over 20 years and it need most of the hardware replaced. He did a thorough job and explained everything he did to our door. Very pleased with the service.

Another attempt at price gouging. $1000-$2000 estimate for a broken spring, depending on how far we wanted to take the repair. Had another company come by and is fixing it for $395 total final price. Wish I would have read the other reviews about my Tech before he got here. I would have cancelled. Apparently others have had the same experience. They must work on commission.

Last year we put a new door in our garage according to the employee we order special windows with a little starts beautiful door and we are very satisfied with the work so I ordered a new garage door for my daughter’s house this year with normal windows it is pretty door too but the different on price from last year to this year was a 1000.00 dlls more expensive and not a fancy like our door! But I really trust on this company excellent employees! Moises did the last door! I would recommend this company!!
